أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَفْطَسُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْعَلَاءَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ :" الْمَرْأَةُ تَنْتَظِرُ مِنْ الْغُلَامِ ثَلَاثِينَ يَوْمًا، وَمِنْ الْجَارِيَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا "، يَعْنِي : النُّفَسَاءَ، قَالَ مَرْوَانُ : هُوَ قَوْلُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، وقَالَ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ : هُمَا سَوَاءٌ
