أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، قَالَ : سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : مَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ؟، قَالَ :" لِتَشُدَّ عَلَيْهَا إِزَارَهَا ثُمَّ شَأْنَكَ بِأَعْلَاهَا "

Khaled bin Mukhlid told us, Malik bin Anas told us, on the authority of Zayd bin Aslam, he said: A man asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, He said: What is permissible for me to do with my wife when she is menstruating? He said: “To tighten her lower garment over her, then do your business with her upper part.”
