أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، فِي الَّذِي يَقَعُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ :" يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ "

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa informed us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Laila, on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, regarding the one who has sexual intercourse with his wife. While she was menstruating, he said: “He gives a dinar in charity.”
