حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" أَسْفِرُوا بِصَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ، فَإِنَّهُ أَعْظَمُ لِلْأَجْرِ "

Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ishaq, on the authority of Asim bin Omar bin Qatada, on the authority of Mahmoud bin Labid, On the authority of Rafi’ ibn Khadij, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Start with the morning prayer, for it is greater in reward.”
