أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَتْ أَحَدَكُمْ زَوْجَتُهُ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ، فَلَا يَمْنَعْهَا "

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Al-Awza’i told us, Al-Zuhri told me, on the authority of Salim, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: “If one of you asks his wife’s permission to go to the mosque, he should not prevent her.”
