أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الضَّبِّيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" مَعَ الْغُلَامِ عَقِيقَةٌ، فَأَهْرِيقُوا عَنْهُ الدَّمَ، وَأَمِيطُوا عَنْهُ الْأَذَى "

Saeed bin Amir told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Hafsa bint Sirin, on the authority of Salman bin Amer al-Dhabi, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, And he said: “With the boy is the Aqeeqah, so shed the blood for him and remove the harm from him.”
