حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو هُوَ ابْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ، سَأَلَهُ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ".
قِيلَ : وَمَا حَقُّهُ؟ قَالَ : " أَنْ تَذْبَحَهُ فَتَأْكُلَهُ "
قِيلَ : وَمَا حَقُّهُ؟ قَالَ : " أَنْ تَذْبَحَهُ فَتَأْكُلَهُ "
Ismail Abu Muammar bin Ibrahim told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Amr, who is Ibn Dinar, on the authority of Suhayb, the client of Ibn Amir, who said: I heard Abdullah bin Amr say: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever kills a bird unjustly, God will ask him about it on the Day of “The Resurrection.”
