Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Anas ibn Malik, who said: A man rose on the day of Khaybar and said: “O Messenger of God, have you consumed the donkeys or consumed the donkeys?” Then he said: “O Messenger of God, have you consumed the donkeys or consumed the donkeys?” So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded May God bless him and grant him peace. A man called out, “Indeed, God and His Messenger forbid you from eating donkey meat, for it is an abomination.”
