حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ شَيْبَانَ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، وَكَانَتْ الْأَنْصَارُ تُفَقِّهُهُ.
قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَتَادَةَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " بَعَثَ جَيْشَ الْأُمَرَاءِ، قَالَ : فَانْطَلَقُوا فَلَبِثُوا مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ، ثُمَّ صَعِدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمِنْبَرَ،فَأَمَرَ فَنُودِيَ : الصَّلَاةُ جَامِعَةٌ "

Suleiman bin Harb told us, Al-Aswad bin Shayban told us, on the authority of Khaled bin Samir, he said: Abdullah bin Rabah Al-Ansari came to us. And the Ansar taught him jurisprudence.
He said: Abu Qatada told us: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent an army of princes. He said: So they set off and stayed as long as God wished, then they went up. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, went to the pulpit, so he gave orders and it was called: “Prayer is unified.”
