أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ هُوَ : ابْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ هُوَ : ابْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ مَوْلًى لِتُجِيبَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي حَنَشٌ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : غَزَوْنَا الْمَغْرِبَ وَعَلَيْنَا رُوَيْفِعُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، فَافْتَتَحْنَا قَرْيَةً يُقَالُ لَهَا : جَرْبَةَ فَقَامَ فِينَا رُوَيْفِعُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ خَطِيبًا، فَقَالَ : إِنِّي لَا أَقُومُ فِيكُمْ إِلَّا مَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ فِينَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ حِينَ افْتَتَحْنَاهَا :" مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلا يَرْكَبَنَّ دَابَّةً مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، حَتَّى إِذَا أَجْحَفَهَا أَوْ قَالَ : أَعْجَفَهَا، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ : أَنَا أَشُكُّ فِيهِ رَدَّهَا ".
وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ، فَلَا يَلْبَسْ ثَوْبًا مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَخْلَقَهُ، رَدَّهُ فِيهِ "

Ahmad bin Khalid told us, Muhammad told us, he is: Ibn Ishaq, on the authority of Yazid, he is: Ibn Abi Habib, on the authority of Abu Marzuq, a servant To answer, he said: Hanash al-Sana’ani told me, he said: We invaded Morocco, and Ruwaifa’ ibn Thabit al-Ansari was against us, so we conquered a village called: Djerba, then Ruwaifa bin Thabit Al-Ansari came among us as a preacher, and said: I will not speak among you except what I heard from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He stood among us on the Day of Khaybar when we opened it: “Whoever believes in God and the Last Day should not ride an animal from the prey of the Muslims, even when He treated it unfairly, or he said: he treated it unfairly. Abu Muhammad said: I doubt whether he rejected it.”
And whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him wear a garment from the façade of the Muslims until, when he has cut it, he puts it back in it.”
