أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْبَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ، وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ ".
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : الْأَمْرُ عَلَى هَذَا، لَا يُبَاعُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade And he delivered from the spring of loyalty, and from his gift.”
Abdullah said: The matter is as it is, it is neither sold nor given away.
