أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، وَحَجَّاجٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ خَرَشَةَ بْنِ الْحُرِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمْ اللَّهُ، وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ "، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَنْ هُمْ خَابُوا وَخَسِرُوا؟ فَأَعَادَهَا، فَقُلْتُ : مَنْ هُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟، فَقَالَ : " الْمُسْبِلُ، وَالْمَنَّانُ، وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحَلِفِ كَاذِبًا "

Abu Al-Walid and Hajjaj told us, they said: Shu’bah told us, he said: Ali bin Mudrak told me, he said: I heard Abu Zur’ah talking, on the authority of Kharshah bin Al-Hurr, on the authority of Abu Dharr, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There are three to whom God will not speak, and He will not look at them on the Day of Judgment.” Resurrection, but He will not purify them, and for them is a painful punishment.” So I said: O Messenger of God, who are they who have been disappointed and lost? So he returned it, and I said: Who are they, O Messenger of God? He said: “The one who gives the way, the one who gives the best, and the one who spends his goods by swearing falsely.”
