أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ هُوَ : ابْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ هِلَالٍ الصَّدَفِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ ذَكَرَ الصَّلَاةَ يَوْمًا، فَقَالَ :" مَنْ حَافَظَ عَلَيْهَا، كَانَتْ لَهُ نُورًا، وَبُرْهَانًا، وَنَجَاةً مِنَ النَّارِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُحَافِظْ عَلَيْهَا، لَمْ تَكُنْ لَهُ نُورًا، وَلَا نَجَاةً، وَلَا بُرْهَانًا، وَكَانَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَعَ قَارُونَ، وَفِرْعَوْنَ، وَهَامَانَ، أُبَيِّ بْنِ خَلَفٍ "

Abdullah bin Yazid told us, Sa’id told us, he is: Ibn Abi Ayyub, he said: Ka’b bin Alqamah told me, on the authority of Issa bin Hilal. Al-Sadfi, on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he mentioned prayer one day, and said: “Whoever memorizes it, it will be for him.” Light, proof, and salvation from the Fire on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever does not preserve it, it will not be for him light, salvation, or proof, and it will be the Day of Resurrection. Resurrection with Qarun, Pharaoh, and Haman, Ubayy bin Khalaf.”
