حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ :" لِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ، وَفِي زَوْجٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ "
