حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ : " أَنَّهُتَرِثُهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ، وَهُمْ يَعْقِلُونَ عَنْهُ "

Muadh bin Hani told us, Ibrahim bin Tahman told us, Al-Shaybani told us, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi in the son of the cursed people: “You inherit it.” His mother’s kinsfolk, and they will take care of him.”
