أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى : أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ : فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ مَا لِلرَّجُلِ وَمَا لِلْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا يُوَرَّثُ، فَقَالَ :" مِنْ أَيِّهِمَا بَالَ "
