أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ :" اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ، وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ "

Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Amr ibn Muslim, on the authority of Tawus, on the authority of Aisha, who said: “Allah and His Messenger are the protectors of those who He has no guardian, and the maternal uncle is the heir of the one who has no heir.”
