حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاق الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ : " فِي رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ عَمَّتَهُ، وَابْنَةَ أَخِيهِ، قَالَ :الْمَالُ لِابْنَةِ أَخِيهِ "
