حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ هُوَ رَوْحُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : " مَاتَ مَوْلًى عَلَى عَهْدِ عُثْمَانَ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ وَالٍ،فَأَمَرَ بِمَالِهِ، فَأُدْخِلَ بَيْتَ الْمَالِ "

Abu Hatim Al-Basri narrated to us, he is Ruh bin Aslam, Bishr bin Al-Mufaddal narrated to us, Abdul Rahman bin Ishaq narrated to us, on the authority of his father, On the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Amr, he said: “A client died during the reign of Uthman and he had no guardian, so he ordered his money to be taken into the treasury.”
