Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #2463

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ أبي وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ :" أَمْرُ الْوَصِيِّ جَائِزٌ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، إِلَّا فِي الِابْتِيَاعِ، وَإِذَا بَاعَ بَيْعًا لَمْ يُقِلْ "، وَهُوَ رَأْيُ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ
Muhammad ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, Yahya ibn Hamza narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Wahb, on the authority of Makhoul, who said: “The guardian’s order is permissible in everything, except In buying, and if he made a sale, he did not say anything. This is the opinion of Yahya bin Hamza.
