حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : أَعْطَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِنَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، فَسُئِلَ الْقَاسِمُ ، فَقَالَ : " هُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ، قَالَ يَحْيَى : وَنَحْنُ نَقُولُ :إِذَا ضَرَبَهَا الْمَخَاضُ فَمَا أَعْطَتْ، فَمِنْ الثُّلُثِ "

Abu Al-Numan told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Yahya, who is Ibn Sa’id, who said: A woman from our family gave a gift while she was pregnant.
