Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #2486

حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ : " فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِأَشْيَاءَ وَمِنْهَا الْعِتْقُ، فَيُجَاوِزُ الثُّلُثَ، قَالَ :يُبْدَأُ بِالْعِتْقِ ".
حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ : بِالْحِصَصِ
Al-Mu’alla bin Asad told us, Wahib told us, on the authority of Yunus, on the authority of Al-Hasan: “Concerning a man who wills things, including emancipation, and it exceeds a third. He said “It begins with emancipation.”
Al-Mu'alla bin Asad narrated to us, Wahib narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Muhammad, he said: With quotas.
