حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ " فِي الَّذِي يُوصِي بِعِتْقٍ، وَغَيْرِهِ فَيَزِيدُ عَلَى الثُّلُثِ، قَالَ : بِالْحِصَصِ "

Abu Al-Numan told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, he said: Amr bin Dinar said: “With regard to the one who bequeaths a manumission, or something else, and it exceeds a third, he said: "By quotas"
