Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #2505

حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ شعبة ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ لِإِنْسَانٍ، وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ، وَكَانَ مَيِّتًا، وَهُوَ لَا يَدْرِي، فَهِيَ رَاجِعَةٌ "
Ja’far bin Aoun told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Abu Ma’shar, on the authority of Ibrahim, who said: “If a man makes a will for someone while he is absent, and the dead, and he does not know it, so she will return.”
