حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ ، عَنْ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، وَالْحَسَنِ :# إِنْ تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِينَ سورة البقرة آية 180 #، فكانت الوصية كذلك، حتى نسختها آية الميراث "

Ahmad bin Ismail narrated to us, Abu Tamailah narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Hussein bin Waqid, on the authority of Yazid, on the authority of Ikrimah, and Al-Hasan:# If he leaves “A bequest is good for parents and relatives.” Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 180, so the will was like that, until the inheritance verse abrogated it.
