أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ :" الْمُعْتَقُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ ".
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : بِأَيِّهِمَا تَقُولُ؟ قَالَ : مِنَ الثُّلُثِ
