Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #2663

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَاشِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عُبَادٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ :" مَنْ قَرَأَ سُورَةَ الْكَهْفِ لَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ، أَضَاءَ لَهُ مِنْ النُّورِ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ "
Abu Al-Numan told us, Hushaym told us, Abu Hashem told us, on the authority of Abu Majliz, on the authority of Qais bin Abbad, on the authority of Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri He said: “Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf on Friday night, a light will shine for him in what is between him and the Ancient House.”
