أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، قَالَ :" لَمَّا كَانَ أَيَّامُ الْحَرَّةِ لَمْ يُؤَذَّنْ فِي مَسْجِدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثًا، وَلَمْ يُقَمْ وَلَمْ يَبْرَحْ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ الْمَسْجِدِ، وَكَانَ لَا يَعْرِفُ وَقْتَ الصَّلَاةِ إِلَّا بِهَمْهَمَةٍ يَسْمَعُهَا مِنْ قَبْرِ النَّبِيِّ "، فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

Marwan bin Muhammad told us, on the authority of Saeed bin Abdul Aziz, who said: “During the days of Al-Hurrah, the call to prayer was not given in the mosque of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
