    أَخْبَرَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ حُنَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَرْوِيَ حَدِيثًا، فَلْيُرَدِّدْهُ ثَلَاثًا "
    Sadaqa bin Al-Fadl told us, Abdullah bin Wahb told us, on the authority of Amr bin Al-Harith, on the authority of Hunayn bin Abi Hakim, on the authority of Nafi’, On the authority of Ibn Umar, may God be pleased with him, he said: “If one of you wants to narrate a hadith, let him repeat it three times.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ :" كُنَّا نَأْتِي الْحَسَنَ، فَإِذَا خَرَجْنَا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ، تَذَاكَرْنَا بَيْنَنَا "
    Abu Muammar told us, on the authority of Hushaym, Yunus told us, he said: “We used to go to Al-Hasan, and when we left him, we would discuss among ourselves.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ :" إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ مِنَّا حَدِيثًا، فَتَذَاكَرُوهُ بَيْنَكُمْ "
    Abu Muammar and Muhammad bin Saeed told us, on the authority of Abdul Salam, on the authority of Hajjaj, on the authority of Ata, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, who said: “If you hear a hadith from us, remember it among yourselves.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّقَرِيِّ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" حَدِّثْ حَدِيثَكَ مَنْ يَشْتَهِيهِ، وَمَنْ لَا يَشْتَهِيهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَصِيرُ عِنْدَكَ كَأَنَّهُ إِمَامٌ تَقْرَؤُهُ "
    Abu Al-Numan told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Abu Abdullah Al-Shaqri, on the authority of Ibrahim, he said: “Tell your talk to whoever desires it. And whoever does not desire him, he will become to you as if he were an imam whom you read.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، قَالَ :" كَانَ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ رَجَاءٍ يَجْمَعُ صِبْيَانَ الْكُتَّابِ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ يَتَحَفَّظُ بِذَاكَ "
    Muhammad ibn Sa`id informed us, Muhammad ibn Fudayl informed us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, he said: “Ismail ibn Raja’ used to collect young writers. He speaks to them and is careful about that.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ :" كَانَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ يُحَدِّثُ الْأَعْرَابَ "
    Muhammad bin Qudamah told us, on the authority of Sufyan bin Uyaynah, on the authority of Ziyad bin Saad, who said: “Ibn Shihab used to speak to the Bedouins.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا قَبِيصَةُ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، قَالَ :" تَذَاكَرُوا الْحَدِيثَ، فَإِنَّ ذِكْرَهُ حَيَاتُهُ "
    Qabisah and Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, saying: Sufyan told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Alqamah, he said: “Remember Hadith, for his remembrance is his life.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، قَالَ :" تَذَاكَرُوا، فَإِنَّ إِحْيَاءَ الْحَدِيثِ مُذَاكَرَتُهُ "
    Al-Hakam bin Al-Mubarak told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Yazid bin Abi Ziyad, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, he said: Remember, for reviving a hadith means remembering it.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ :" رُدُّوا الْحَدِيثَ وَاسْتَذْكِرُوهُ، فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ لَمْ تَذْكُرُوهُ، ذَهَبَ، وَلَا يَقُولَنَّ رَجُلٌ لِحَدِيثٍ قَدْ حَدَّثَهُ قَدْ حَدَّثْتُهُ مَرَّةً، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ كَانَ سَمِعَهُ يَزْدَادُ بِهِ عِلْمًا، وَيَسْمَعُ مَنْ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ "
    Malik bin Ismail told us, Mandal bin Ali told us, Jafar bin Abi Al-Mughirah told me, Saeed bin Jubayr told me, he said: He said: Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, said: “Refer the hadith and remember it, for if you do not remember it, it will go away, and do not say that a man has narrated a hadith that he has narrated.” I spoke to him once, for whoever heard him will increase in knowledge, and he who did not hear will hear.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقُمِّيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ :" تَذَاكَرُوا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ لَا يَنْفَلِتْ مِنْكُمْ، فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِثْلَ الْقُرْآنِ مَجْمُوعٌ مَحْفُوظٌ، وَإِنَّكُمْ إِنْ لَمْ تَذَاكَرُوا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ يَنْفَلِتْ مِنْكُمْ، وَلَا يَقُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ حَدَّثْتُ أَمْسِ فَلَا أُحَدِّثُ الْيَوْمَ، بَلْ حَدِّثْ أَمْسِ، وَلْتُحَدِّثْ الْيَوْمَ، وَلْتُحَدِّثْ غَدًا "
    Ismail bin Aban told us, Yaqoub bin Abdullah Al-Qummi told us, Ja’far bin Abi Al-Mughirah told us, on the authority of Sa’id bin Jubayr, On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, he said: “Remember this hadith so that it does not escape you, for it is not like the Qur’an, which is compiled and preserved. And if you do not remember this hadith, it will escape from you, and none of you will say, “I narrated yesterday,” so I will not narrate today, but rather, “It narrated yesterday.” And let it happen today, and let it happen tomorrow.”
