أَخْبَرَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ بِشْرٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، قَالَ :" بِشَهْرٍ "، سُئِلَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : بِأَيِّهِمَا تَقُولُ؟، قَالَ : " ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ أَوْثَقُ، وَشَهْرٌ يَكْفِي "

Al-Haytham bin Jamil told us, on the authority of Ibn Al-Mubarak, on the authority of Yahya bin Bishr, on the authority of Ikrimah, he said: “In a month.” Abdullah was asked: Which one do you say? He said: “Three months are more reliable, and one month is enough.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْت الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَارِيَةَ لَا تَبْلُغْ الْمَحِيضَ وَلَا تَحْمِلُ مِثْلُهَا، كَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا؟، قَالَ :" ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ "، وقَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ : " بِخَمْسَةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا "

Muhammad bin Al-Mubarak told us, on the authority of Omar bin Abdul-Wahid, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, he said: I asked Al-Zuhri about a man who buys a female slave. She has not reached the age of menstruation and has not become pregnant like her. How long can he make her pregnant? He said: “Three months,” and Yahya bin Abi Kathir said: “Five.” And forty days.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، قَالَ :" ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ "

Yazid told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Khalid Al-Hadha, on the authority of Abu Qilaba, he said: “Three months.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، فِي اسْتِبْرَاءِ الْأَمَةِ إِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ تَحِيضُ، قَالَ :" خَمْسَةً وَأَرْبَعِينَ "

Yazid told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Layth, on the authority of Tawus, regarding istabrā’ of the female slave if she does not menstruate. He said: “Forty-five.”

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَطْهُرُ وَلَا تَجِدُ الْمَاء، قَالَ :" يُصِيبُهَا زَوْجُهَا إِذَا تَيَمَّمَتْ "، سُئِلَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟، قَالَ : إِي وَاللَّهِ

Sa’id bin Al-Mughirah told us, on the authority of Ibn Al-Mubarak, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Ata’, about a woman purifying herself but not finding water. He said: “ Her husband may afflict her if she performs tayammum.” Abdullah was asked: “Do you say this?” He said: “Yes, by God.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَوْذَبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَنْ مَطَرٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ ، وَعَطَاءً عَنْ الرَّجُلِ تَكُونُ مَعَهُ امْرَأَتُهُ فِي سَفَرٍ فَتَحِيضُ، ثُمَّ تَطْهُرُ، وَلَا تَجِدُ الْمَاءَ، قَالَا :" تَتَيَمَّمُ وَتُصَلِّي "، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لَهُمَا : يَطَؤُهَا زَوْجُهَا؟، قَالَا : " نَعَمْ، الصَّلَاةُ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ "

Muhammad bin Yazid told us, Damra told us, he said: Abdullah bin Shudhab told us, he told us about Matar, he said: I asked Al-Hasan, And a gift on behalf of a man whose wife is with him on a journey, and she menstruates, then purifies herself, but does not find water. They said: “You perform tayammum and pray.” He said: I said to them: Is her husband having intercourse with her? They said: “Yes, prayer is greater than that.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْحَائِضِ فِي عُنُقِهَا التَّعْوِيذُ أَوْ الْكِتَابُ، قَالَ :" إِنْ كَانَ فِي أَدِيمٍ، فَلْتَنْزِعْهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي قَصَبَةٍ مُصَاغَةٍ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، فَلَا بَأْسَ، إِنْ شَاءَتْ، وَضَعَتْ، وَإِنْ شَاءَتْ، لَمْ تَفْعَلْ "، قِيلَ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ

Ya’la bin Ubaid told us, Abdul Malik told us, on the authority of Ata’, regarding a menstruating woman wearing an amulet or a book around her neck. He said: “If If it is on skin, then let her remove it, but if it is on a reed made of silver, then there is no problem. If she wishes, she can put it, but if she wishes, she may not do it.” It was said. To Abdullah: Do you say this? He said: Yes

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ :" كُنَّا نَمْشِي فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَنَحْنُ جُنُبٌ لَا نَرَى بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا "

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi Laila, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, may God be pleased with him, who said: “We were walking in the mosque. And we alone see nothing wrong with that.”

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، وَسَالِمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَا :" يَمُرُّ وَلَا يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ "

Al-Hakam bin Al-Mubarak told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Simak, on the authority of Ikrimah, and Salem, on the authority of Saeed, they said: “He passes by but does not sit in it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ ، قَالَ :" الْجُنُبُ يَمُرُّ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، وَلَا يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ "، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ : # وَلا جُنُبًا إِلا عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ سورة النساء آية 43 #
