حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَا تُحَرِّمُ الْمَصَّةُ وَالْمَصَّتَانِ "

Abdullah bin Saleh told us, Al-Layth told me, Yunus told me, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Do not forbid one sucking or one sucking.”

أَخْبَرَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ ".
قَالَ مَالِكٌ : وَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مِثْلَهُ

Sadaqa bin Al-Fadl told us, Yahya bin Saeed told us, on the authority of Malik, Abdullah bin Dinar told me, on the authority of Sulayman bin Yasar, on the authority of Urwah, on the authority of Aisha, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “What is forbidden from breastfeeding is what is forbidden from childbirth.”
Malik said: Abdullah bin Abi Bakr told me, on the authority of Amra, on the authority of Aisha, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, the same.

أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ : أَنَّ عَمَّهَا أَخَا أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ جَاءَ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهَا بَعْدَمَا ضُرِبَ الْحِجَابُ، فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تَأْذَنَ لَهُ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْتَأْذِنَهُ، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَتْ : جَاءَ عَمِّي أَخُو أَبِي الْقُعَيْسِ فَرَدَدْتُهُ حَتَّى أَسْتَأْذِنَكَ، قَالَ :" أَوَ لَيْسَ بِعَمِّكِ؟ "، قَالَتْ : إِنَّمَا أَرْضَعَتْنِيَ الْمَرْأَةُ وَلَمْ يُرْضِعْنِي الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّهُ عَمُّكِ فَلْيَلِجْ عَلَيْكِ "، قَالَ : وَكَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ تَقُولُ : يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ

Ja`far ibn Aoun informed us, Hisham ibn Urwa informed us, on the authority of his father, he said: Aisha informed me: Her uncle is my father’s brother. Al-Qu'ais came to ask her permission after the veil had been removed, but she refused to give him permission until the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came. So he asked his permission, and when the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, came, she mentioned that to him, and said: My uncle, the brother of Abu al-Qu’ais, came, so I sent him back until Did he ask your permission? He said: “Isn’t he your uncle?” She said: “The woman breastfed me and the man did not breastfeed me.” He said: “He is your uncle, so let him comfort you.” He said: Aisha used to say: What is forbidden from breastfeeding is what is forbidden from childbirth.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ : أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ ، فَسَمِعَتْ صَوْتَ إِنْسَانٍ، قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، سَمِعْتُ صَوْتَ إِنْسَانٍ فِي بَيْتِكَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أُرَاهُ فُلَانًا لِعَمِّ حَفْصَةَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ "، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَلَوْ كَانَ فُلَانٌ حَيًّا لِعَمِّهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ؟، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَعَمْ، يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الْوِلَادَةِ "

Ishaq told us, Ruh told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Bakr bin Amr bin Hazm, on the authority of Amra, on the authority of Aisha: She was with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the house of Hafsa, and she heard a human voice. She said: I said: O Messenger of God, I heard The voice of a person in your house, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “I see that so-and-so is the paternal uncle of Hafsa from breastfeeding.” Aisha said: O Messenger By God, if so-and-so were alive, her paternal uncle through breastfeeding would have entered upon me? Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Yes, what is forbidden through breastfeeding is forbidden.” "from birth"

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فَرَضَ لَهَا شَيْئًا، وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، وَمَاتَ عَنْهَا، قَالَ فِيهَا : لَهَا صَدَاقُ نِسَائِهَا، وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ، وَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ، قَالَ مَعْقِلٌ الْأَشْجَعِيُّ :" قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بِرْوَعَ بِنْتِ وَاشِقٍ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي رُوَاسٍ بِمِثْلِ مَا قَضَيْتَ ".
قَالَ : فَفَرِحَ بِذَلِكَ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ، وَسُفْيَانُ : نَأْخُذُ بِهَذَا

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Alqamah, on the authority of Abdullah, about a man who married A woman, and he did not impose anything on her, and he did not have intercourse with her, and he died on her behalf. He said about her: She has the dowry of her wives, and she is required to complete the waiting period, and she is entitled to the inheritance, Ma’qil Al-Ashja’i said: “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, made a ruling regarding Barwa’ bint Washiq, a woman from Banu Rawas, in the same manner as what you judged.”
He said: He was happy about that. Muhammad and Sufyan said: We take this.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ صَالِحِ بْنِ حَيٍّ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ الشَّعْبِيِّ فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ خُرَاسَانَ ، فَقَالَ : يَا أَبَا عَمْرٍو، إِنَّ مَنْ قِبَلَنَا مِنْ أَهْلِ خُرَاسَانَ يَقُولُونَ فِي الرَّجُلِ : إِذَا أَعْتَقَ أَمَتَهُ ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا، فَهُوَ كَالرَّاكِبِ بَدَنَتَهُ؟ فَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بُرْدَةَ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" ثَلَاثَةٌ يُؤْتَوْنَ أَجْرَهُمْ مَرَّتَيْنِ : رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ آمَنَ بِنَبِيِّهِ، ثُمَّ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَآمَنَ بِهِ وَاتَّبَعَهُ، وَعَبْدٌ مَمْلُوكٌ أَدَّى حَقَّ اللَّهِ وَحَقَّ مَوَالِيهِ، فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ، وَرَجُلٌ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَمَةٌ فَغَذَّاهَا، فَأَحْسَنَ غِذَاءَهَا، وَأَدَّبَهَا فَأَحْسَنَ تَأْدِيبَهَا فَأَعْتَقَهَا وَتَزَوَّجَهَا، فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ ".
ثُمَّ قَالَ لِلرَّجُلِ : خُذْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ بِغَيْرِ شَيْءٍ، فَقَدْ كَانَ يُرْحَلُ فِيمَا دُونَ هَذَا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ ، فَقَالَ هُشَيْمٌ : أَفَادُونِي بِالْبَصْرَةِ فَأَتَيْتُهُ فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْهُ.
أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ حَيٍّ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَحْوَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ

Amr bin Aoun told us, Hushaym told us, on the authority of Salih bin Salih bin Hayy Al-Hamdani, he said: I was with Al-Sha’abi and a man came to him. From the people of Khorasan, he said: O Abu Amr, those before us from the people of Khorasan say about a man: If he frees his female slave and then marries her, So he is like a rider with a camel? Al-Sha’bi said: Abu Burdah ibn Abi Musa told me, on the authority of his father, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Three people will be given Their reward is twice: a man from the People of the Book who believed in his Prophet, then he came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and believed in him and followed him, and a owned slave who performed The rights of God and the rights of His companions, for He has two rewards, and a man who had a female slave who fed her and treated her well, and taught her and taught her well. So he freed her and married her, and he will have two rewards.”
Then he said to the man: Take this hadith without anything, for he used to travel to Medina for anything less than this, so Hushaym said: They helped me. In Basra, I came to him and asked him about it.
Sahl bin Hammad informed us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Salih bin Hayy, on the authority of Shu’bi, on the authority of Abu Burdah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Peace and blessings of God be upon him, similar to this hadith

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَأَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ وَتَزَوَّجَهَا وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا "

Abu Al-Numan told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Anas: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, freed Safiyya.” And he married her and made freeing her his dowry.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ الْحَبْحَابِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَأَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا "

Musaddad narrated to us, Hammad bin Zaid narrated to us, on the authority of Shuaib bin Al-Habhab, on the authority of Anas: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, freed Safiya And made her freed her her dowry.”

أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعَلَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ :" مَا تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ مَا شَاءَ "

Al-Mu'alla told us, Wahib told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Ata', on the authority of Ubaid bin Umayr, on the authority of Aisha, who said: “The Messenger of God did not die. God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, until God made it permissible for him to marry as many women as he wanted.”

حَدَّثَنِي مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ يُسَمَّى : زِيَادًا ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِأُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ : أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ أَنَّ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتْنَ، كَانَ يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ،إِنَّمَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَهُ ضَرْبًا مِنَ النِّسَاءِ، وَوَصَفَ لَهُ صِفَةً "، فَقَالَ : " لَا يَحِلُّ لَكَ النِّسَاءُ مِنْ بَعْدُ، مِنْ بَعْدِ هَذِهِ الصِّفَةِ "

Mu’alla bin Asad told me, he said: Wahib told us, on the authority of Dawud bin Abi Hind, on the authority of Muhammad bin Abi Musa, on the authority of a man from the Ansar called Ziyad, who said: I said to Ubayy ibn Ka’b: Have you seen that if the Prophet’s wives, may God bless him and grant him peace, had died, would it have been permissible for him to marry? He said: “Yes, God only made it permissible for him to have any kind of women, and He described a characteristic for him.” Then he said: “It is not permissible for you to have women after this description.”
