  • Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1576

    حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ رَجُلٍ يَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَّا أَحَدُ ثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ : النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي، وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ، الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ "
    Ya'la told us, Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Murrah, on the authority of Masruq, on the authority of Abdullah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: “It is not permissible to shed the blood of a man who bears witness that there is no god but God, and that I am the Messenger of God, except one of three people: a life for a life, and a married adulterer. And the one who abandons his religion, the one who separates from the community.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ : بِكُفْرٍ بَعْدَ إِيمَانٍ، أَوْ بِزِنًى بَعْدَ إِحْصَانٍ، أَوْ يَقْتُلُ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ فَيُقْتَلُ "
    Abu Al-Numan told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Saeed, on the authority of Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hanif, on the authority of Uthman, He said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in one of three cases: disbelief after belief, or adultery.” after a battle, or he kills a soul for other than a soul, and then he will be killed.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ : عَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ، وَعَنِ الصَّغِيرِ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ، وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ ".
    وَقَدْ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ أَيْضًا : " وَعَنْ الْمَعْتُوهِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ "
    Affan told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Abraham, on the authority of Al-Aswad, on the authority of Aisha, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. And he said: “The Pen was lifted from three people: from the sleeper until he wakes up, from the child until he has a wet dream, and from the insane until he regains his senses.”
    Hammad also said: “And about the fool until he becomes sensible.”
