أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ وَأَبِي بَكْرَةَ أَنَّهُمَا حَدَّثَا : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ غَيْرُ أَبِيهِ، فَالْجَنَّةُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامٌ "

Sa`id bin Amir informed us, on the authority of Shu`bah, on the authority of Asim, on the authority of Abu Uthman, on the authority of Sa`d and Abu Bakra, that they had narrated: that the Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Whoever claims the name of someone other than his father while knowing that he is not his father, then Paradise is forbidden to him.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ تَحْتَ نَاقَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ، يَقُولُ :" مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ، أَوِ انْتَمَى إِلَى غَيْرِ مَوَالِيهِ، رَغْبَةً عَنْهُمْ، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ، وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ، وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ، لَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ "

Muslim bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Hisham Al-Dastawi narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, on the authority of Shahr bin Hawshab, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Sheep, on the authority of Amr bin Kharijah, who said: I was under the she-camel of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and I heard him say: “Whoever claims a family other than his father, Or he belongs to someone other than his masters, out of his desire for them, then the curse of God, the angels, and all mankind will be upon him. No deed or justice will be accepted from him.”

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَوْلَى الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ، وَحَلِيفُ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ، وَابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ "

Saeed bin Al-Mughirah told us, Issa bin Yunus told us, on the authority of Kathir bin Abdullah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: May God bless him and grant him peace: “A friend of a people among them, an ally of a people among them, and the son of a sister of a people among them.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِمُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ : أَكَانَ أَنَسٌ يَذْكُرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلنُّعْمَانِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ :" ابْنُ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ

Abu Nu`aym told us, Shu`bah told us, he said: I said to Muawiyah bin Qurra: Did Anas mention that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said Al-Numan bin Muqrin said: “The nephew of the people among them?”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قِيلَ لِشَرِيكٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟.
قَالَ : نَعَمْ" لا حِلْفَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَالْحِلْفُ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَمْ يَزِدْهُ الْإِسْلَامُ إِلَّا شِدَّةً وَحِدَّةً "

Abu Nu`aym told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Simak, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, it was said to Sharik on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace?
He said: Yes, there is no swearing in Islam, and swearing in pre-Islamic times Islam only increased its severity and severity.

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ، وَعُصَيَّةُ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ "

Al-Hakam bin Al-Mubarak told us, Abdul Aziz told us, on the authority of Musa bin Uqba, on the authority of Abdullah bin Dinar, on the authority of Ibn Umar: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A forgiving woman, may God forgive her, a Muslim who is safe from God, and a disobedient woman who disobeys God and His Messenger.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ هُوَ : ابْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ "

Abdullah bin Maslamah told us, Sulayman told us: Ibn al-Mughirah, on the authority of Humaid bin Hilal, on the authority of Abdullah bin al-Samit, on the authority of Abu Dharr said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “He is forgiving, may God forgive her, and he is safe, may God grant her peace.”

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كَانَ أَسْلَمُ، وَغِفَارٌ خَيْرًا مِنَ الْحَلِيفَيْنِ أَسَدٍ وَغَطَفَانَ، أَتُرَوْنَهُمْ خَسِرُوا؟ ".
قَالُوا : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " فَإِنَّهُمْ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُمْ ".
قَالَ : " أَفَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كَانَتْ مُزَيْنَةُ، وَجُهَيْنَةُ خَيْرًا مِنْ تَمِيمٍ وَعَامِرِ بْنِ صَعْصَعَةَ وَمَدَّ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ أَتُرَوْنَهُمْ خَسِرُوا؟ ".
قَالُوا : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " فَإِنَّهُمْ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُمْ "

Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, on the authority of Ali bin Zaid, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakra, on the authority of his father: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Have you seen that Aslam and Ghaffar are better than the two allies Asad and Ghathafan? Do you think they lost?”
They said: Yes.
He said: “They are better than them.”
He said: “Have you seen that she is decorated and Juhayna is better than Tamim and Amir bin Sa’sa’a and he extends his voice to her? Do you think that they have lost?”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" قُرَيْشٌ، وَالْأَنْصَارُ، وَمُزَيْنَةُ وَجُهَيْنَةُ، وَأَسْلَمُ، وَغِفَارٌ، وَأَشْجَعُ، لَيْسَ لَهُمْ مَوْلًى دُونَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ "

Muhammad bin Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Saad bin Ibrahim, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Hurmuz al-Araj, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Quraysh, the Ansar, Muzainah, Juhaynah, Aslam, Ghafar, and Ashja’ have no “a master instead of Allah and His Messenger.”

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : كَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ فِي وَفْدٍ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ : إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" إِنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ فِي قُرَيْشٍ، لَا يُعَادِيهِمْ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا كَبَّهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ، مَا أَقَامُوا الدِّينَ "

Al-Hakam bin Nafi’ told us, on the authority of Shuaib bin Abi Hamza, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, who said: Muhammad bin Jubayr bin Mut’im was speaking about Muawiyah said while he was with him with a delegation from Quraysh: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “This matter is among Quraysh. “No one will be hostile to them except that God will cast him down on his face, as long as they establish the religion.”
