أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ :" قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ شِرْكٍ لَمْ يُقْسَمْ : رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ حَائِطٍ لَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ، فَإِنْ شَاءَ، أَخَذَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ، تَرَكَ، فَإِنْ بَاعَ وَلَمْ يُؤْذِنْهُ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ ".
قِيلَ لِأَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟.
قَالَ : نَعَمْ

Muhammad bin Al-Ala’ told us, Abdullah bin Idris told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, who said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, grants pre-emption in every polytheism that has not been divided: a quarter or a wall. It is not permissible for him to sell until his partner gives permission. If he wishes, He can take it, or if he wishes, he can leave it. But if he sells it and does not give permission, then he has more right to it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الشُّفْعَةِ إِذَا كَانَ طَرِيقُهُمَا وَاحِدًا؟.
قَالَ :" يُنْظَرُ بِهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبُهَا غَائِبًا "

Ya’la told us, Abdul-Malik told us, on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Jabir, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding pre-emption if their path is One?
He said: “It can be looked at, even if its owner is absent.”

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَرْعَرَةُ بْنُ الْبِرِنْدِ السَّامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنِ احْتَفَرَ بِئْرًا، فَلَيْسَ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَحْفِرَ حَوْلَهُ أَرْبَعِينَ ذِرَاعًا عَطَنًا لِمَاشِيَتِهِ "

Ishaq bin Ibrahim told us, Arara bin Al-Barand Al-Sami told us, Ismail bin Muslim told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Mughaffal, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever digs a well, no one has the right to dig forty cubits of mold around it.” "for his livestock"

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل هُوَ : ابْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ حُرَيْثٍ ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" مَنْ بَاعَ مِنْكُمْ دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا، فَإِنَّهُ قَمِنٌ أَنْ لَا يُبَارَكَ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ فِي مِثْلِهِ "

Abu Nu`aym told us, Ismail told us, he is Ibn Ibrahim bin Muhajir, he said: I heard Abd al-Malik bin Umair, speaking, he said: I heard Amr bin Harith, on the authority of his brother Saeed bin Harith, who was a companion of his, saying: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Who “If any of you sells a house or property, he is certain that it will not be blessed unless it is made like it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ الْمَهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْعَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ، وَأَجْرِ الْمُومِسَةِ "

Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Al-Qasim bin Al-Fadl told us, Ubayy told us, on the authority of Al-Mahri, he said: Abu Hurairah said, “The Messenger of God forbade May God bless him and grant him peace, the berries of a stallion, and the reward of a prostitute.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْثَمَنِ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ "

Muhammad bin Issa told us, Ibn Fudayl told us, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Abu Hazim, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade May God bless him and grant him peace.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" حَجَمَهُ أَبُو طَيْبَةَ وَأَمَرَ لَهُ بِصَاعَيْنِ مِنْ طَعَامٍ "

Yazid bin Harun informed us, Humaid al-Tawil informed us, on the authority of Anas bin Malik: that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was stoned by Abu good food and ordered for him two saa’s of food.”

أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قَارِظٍ : أَنَّ السَّائِبَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَهُ : أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ حَدَّثَهُ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" كَسْبُ الْحَجَّامِ خَبِيثٌ، وَمَهْرُ الْبَغِيِّ خَبِيثٌ، وَثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ خَبِيثٌ "

Wahb bin Jarir told us, Hisham told us, on the authority of Yahya, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Qarith: that Al-Sa’ib bin Yazid He narrated to him: that Rafi’ ibn Khadij narrated to him: that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The earnings of a cupper are evil, and the dowry of a prostitute is evil. And the price of the dog is evil.”

حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جُحَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْكَسْبِ الْإِمَاءِ "

Sahl bin Hammad narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, Muhammad bin Jahadah narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Hazim, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: “The Messenger forbade May God bless him and grant him peace regarding the acquisition of female slaves.”

حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ إِلَى مَجْلِسِنَا فَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" إِذَا خَرَصْتُمْ، فَخُذُوا وَدَعُوا، دَعُوا الثُّلُثَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَدَعُوا الثُّلُثَ، فَدَعُوا الرُّبُعَ "

Hashim bin Al-Qasim told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Khubayb bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Masoud bin Nayyar Al-Ansari, he said: Sahl bin Abi Hathamah came to our gathering and it happened that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If you are sincere, then take And they pray, they leave a third, and if you do not leave a third, then they leave a quarter.”
