أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أَحَبُّ الْأَسْمَاءِ إِلَى اللَّهِ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ "

Muhammad ibn Kathir informed us, Ubayd Allah ibn Umar informed us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The most beloved names to God are: Abdullah and Abdul-Rahman.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا الْخُزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِنَّكُمْ تُدْعَوْنَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِأَسْمَائِكُمْ وَأَسْمَاءِ آبَائِكُمْ، فَأَحْسِنُوا أَسْمَاءَكُمْ "

Affan bin Muslim told us, Hushaym told us, Dawud bin Amr told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Zakaria Al-Khuza’i, on the authority of Abu Al-Darda’, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “You will be called on the Day of Resurrection by your names and the names of your fathers, so do good.” "Your names"

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" تَسَمُّوا بِاسْمِي وَلَا تَكَنَّوْا بِكُنْيَتِي "

Saeed bin Amir told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Muhammad bin Sirin, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Inform me by my name and do not adopt my nickname.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ وَاسِعٍ ، قَالَ : قَدِمْتُ مَكَّةَ فَلَقِيتُ بِهَا أَخِي سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ دَخَلَ السُّوقَ، فَقَالَ : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ، وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ، بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ حَسَنَةٍ، وَمَحَا عَنْهُ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ سَيِّئَةٍ، وَرَفَعَ لَهُ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ دَرَجَةٍ ".
قَالَ : فَقَدِمْتُ خُرَاسَانَ فَلَقِيتُ قُتَيْبَةَ بْنَ مُسْلِمٍ، فَقُلْتُ : إِنِّي أَتَيْتُكَ بِهَدِيَّةٍ، فَحَدَّثْتُهُ، فَكَانَ يَرْكَبُ فِي مَوْكِبِهِ فَيَأْتِي السُّوقَ، فَيَقُومُ، فَيَقُولُهَا ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ

Yazid bin Harun told us, Azhar bin Sinan told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Wasi’, he said: I came to Mecca and met my brother Salim bin Abdullah told me, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather: That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever enters the market and says: There is no god but God alone He has no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him is praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is Ever-Living and does not die. In His hand is goodness, and He is capable of all things. God has written for him a thousand A thousand good deeds, and He erased from him a thousand bad deeds, and raised him a thousand thousand degrees.”
He said: So I came to Khurasan and met Qutaibah bin Muslim, and I said: I brought you a gift, so I told him, and he was riding in his convoy, and he would come. The driver, gets up, says it, then comes back.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي : ابْنَ بِلَالٍ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ أَوْ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ الْمَسْجِدَ، فَلْيَقُلْ : اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ، وَإِذَا خَرَجَ، فَلْيَقُلْ : اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ "

Abdullah bin Maslamah told us, Sulayman told us, meaning: Ibn Bilal, on the authority of Rabi’ah, on the authority of Abdul Malik bin Saeed, on the authority of Abu Humayd or Abu Usayd said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If one of you enters the mosque, let him say: O God, open the doors for me.” Your mercy, and when he leaves, let him say: Oh God, I ask you of your grace.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ هُوَ : ابْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَرْحُومٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ لَبِسَ ثَوْبًا، فَقَالَ : الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ "

Abdullah bin Yazid Al-Muqri told us, Saeed told us, he is: Ibn Abi Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Marhum, on the authority of Sahl bin Muadh bin Anas On the authority of his father, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever wears a garment and says: Praise be to God who has clothed me with this and provided me with something else.” There is no power or strength from Me. He will be forgiven for all his previous sins.”

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مُرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ أَقُولُهُ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتُ وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتُ.
قَالَ :" قُلْ : اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ، عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي، وَمِنْ شَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ ".
قَالَ : " قُلْهُ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ، وَإِذَا أَخَذْتَ مَضْجَعَكَ "

Saeed bin Amir told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Ya’la bin Ata, on the authority of Amr bin Asim, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: Abu said Bakr: O Messenger of God, tell me something to say in the morning and in the evening.
He said: “Say: O God, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, Lord of everything and its Sovereign, I bear witness that there is no god but You, I seek refuge Save me from the evil of myself, and from the evil of Satan and his polytheism.”
He said: “Say it in the morning, in the evening, and when you go to bed.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ.
قَالَ :" أَصْبَحْنَا عَلَى فِطْرَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَكَلِمَةِ الْإِخْلَاصِ، وَدِينِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمِلَّةِ أَبِينَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا مُسْلِمًا "

Muhammad bin Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Salama bin Kuhail, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman bin Abza, on the authority of his father, He said: It was the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the morning.
He said: “We have become committed to the nature of Islam, the word sincerity, the religion of our Prophet Muhammad, and the religion of our father Abraham, upright and Muslim.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْحِزَامِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عُمَيْرُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ الْعَنْسِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي جُنَادَةُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ تَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، فَقَالَ : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ".
ثُمَّ قَالَ : " رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي أَوْ قَالَ : ثُمَّ دَعَا اسْتُجِيبَ لَهُ فَإِنْ عَزَمَ فَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ صَلَّى قُبِلَتْ صَلَاتُهُ "

Muhammad bin Yazid Al-Hazami told us, Al-Walid bin Muslim told us, Al-Awza’i told us, he said: Umair bin Hani Al-Ansi told me, He said: Junada bin Abi Umayyah told me, he said: Ubadah bin Al-Samit told me, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Whoever gets naked at night, He said: There is no god but God alone, with no partner. To Him belongs dominion and to Him is praise, and He has power over all things. Glory be to God, and praise be to God, and God is Greatest, and there is no power nor strength except in God.”
Then he said: “My Lord, forgive me.” Or he said: “Then he supplicated and his prayer was answered. If he resolved and performed ablution and then prayed, his prayer would be accepted.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَيْقَظَ.
قَالَ :" الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا، وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ "

Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abd al-Malik ibn Umair, on the authority of Rabi’i ibn Harash, on the authority of Hudhayfah, he said: The Prophet prayed May God grant him peace when he wakes up.
He said: “Praise be to God who brought us back to life after He caused us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.”
