حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُهَيْلٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَوِ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ "

Ahmad bin Abdullah told us, Zuhayr told us, Suhail told us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He, peace be upon him, said: “If one of you or a man gets up from his sitting and then returns to it, then he has more right to it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ يَعْنِي : أَخَاهُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ، ثُمَّ يَقْعُدُ فِيهِ، وَلَكِنْ تَفَسَّحُوا وَتَوَسَّعُوا "

Musaddad told us, Bishr ibn al-Mufaddal told us, Ubayd Allah told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said He said: “A man, meaning his brother, should not stand up from his sitting place and then sit in it, but spread out and expand.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، قَالَ : دَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ نِسْوَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ حِمْصَ يَسْتَفْتِينَهَا، فَقَالَتْ : لَعَلَّكُنَّ مِنَ النِّسْوَةِ اللَّاتِي يَدْخُلْنَ الْحَمَّامَاتِ؟.
قُلْنَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" مَا مِنْ امْرَأَةٍ تَضَعُ ثِيَابَهَا فِي غَيْرِ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا، إِلَّا هَتَكَتْ مَا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ G ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ

Ya'la told us, Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Amr ibn Murrah, on the authority of Salim ibn Abi Al-Ja'd, he said: Women from the people of Homs asked her for a fatwa, and she said: Perhaps you are one of the women who enter the bathrooms?
They said: Yes.
She said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “There is no woman who puts her clothes in someone other than her husband’s house, but she will destroy what is between them.” And God is clear.”
Abu Muhammad said: Ubayd Allah told us, on the authority of Israel, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Salem, on the authority of Abu Al-Malih, on the authority of Aisha, this hadith

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ ، عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الصُّفَّةِ، قَالَ : جَلَسَ عِنْدَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفَخِذِي مُنْكَشِفَةٌ، فَقَالَ :" خَمِّرْ عَلَيْكَ، أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الْفَخِذَ عَوْرَةٌ؟ "

Al-Hakam bin Al-Mubarak told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Nadr, on the authority of Zur’ah bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of his father, and he was one of The Companions of the Suffah said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sat with us while my thighs were uncovered. أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، وَوَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ هُوَ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَعَنَالْمُخَنَّثِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ، وَالْمُتَرَجِّلَاتِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ، وَقَالَ : " أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ بُيُوتِكُمْ ".
قَالَ : فَأَخْرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فُلَانًا، وَأَخْرَجَ عُمَرُ فُلَانًا أَوْ فُلَانَةً.
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : فَأَشُكُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُصَيْنِ الْحَجْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا رَيْحَانَةَ صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَنْهَى عَنْعَشْرِ خِصَالٍ : مُكَامَعَةِ الرَّجُلِ الرَّجُلَ فِي شِعَارٍ وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ.
وَمُكَامَعَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرْأَةَ فِي شِعَارٍ وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ.
وَالنَّتْفِ، وَالْوَشْمِ، وَالنُّهْبَةِ، وَرُكُوبِ النُّمُورِ، وَاتِّخَاذِ الدِّيبَاجِ هَاهُنَا عَلَى الْعَاتِقَيْنِ، وَفِي أَسْفَلِ الثِّيَابِ ".
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : أَبُو عَامِرٍ.
شَيْخٌ لَهُمْ، وَالْمُكَامَعَةُ : الْمُضَاجَعَةُ

Othman bin Muhammad told us, Zaid bin Al-Hubab told us, Yahya bin Ayyub Al-Hadrami told me, Ayyash bin Abbas told me Al-Himyari, on the authority of Abu Al-Husayn Al-Hajri, on the authority of Abu Amer, said: I heard Abu Rayhanah, the companion of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “forbade ten things: a man being intimate with another man in the same context, with nothing in between.
A woman having sex with another woman is in the same place, there is nothing in between them.
And plucking, and tattooing, and plundering, and riding tigers, and wearing brocade here on the shoulders and under the clothes.”
Abdullah said: Abu Amer.
An old man of theirs, and the word “al-muqama’ah” means intercourse with one another.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ :" لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاشِمَاتِ، ، وَالْمُتَنَمِّصَاتِ، وَالْمُتَفَلِّجَاتِ لِلْحُسْنِ الْمُغَيِّرَاتِ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ "، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ يُقَالُ لَهَا : أُمُّ يَعْقُوبَ ، فَجَاءَتْ فَقَالَتْ : بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكَ لَعَنْتَ كَيْتَ وَكَيْتَ؟، فَقَالَ : وَمَا لِي لَا أَلْعَنُ مَنْ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ؟، فَقَالَتْ : لَقَدْ قَرَأْتُ مَا بَيْنَ اللَّوْحَيْنِ، فَمَا وَجَدْتُ فِيهِ مَا تَقُولُ.
قَالَ : لَئِنْ كُنْتِ قَرَأْتِيهِ، لَقَدْ وَجَدْتِيهِ، أَمَا قَرَأْتِ # وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ سورة الحشر آية 7 #؟، فَقَالَتْ : بَلَى.
قَالَ : فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ نَهَى عَنْهُ، فَقَالَتْ : فَإِنِّي أَرَى أَهْلَكَ يَفْعَلُونَهُ؟.
قَالَ : فَادْخُلِي فَانْظُرِي.
فَدَخَلَتْ فَنَظَرَتْ، فَلَمْ تَرَ مِنْ حَاجَتِهَا شَيْئًا، فَقَالَ : لَوْ كَانَتْ كَذَلِكَ مَا جَامَعْتُهَا

Muhammad bin Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Alqamah, on the authority of Abdullah, he said: “May God curse “The women with tattoos, the women who are engraved, and the women who reveal themselves to the beautiful, change God’s creation.” This was reported to a woman from the Banu Asad who was called: Umm Ya’qub. Then she came and said: I have heard that you cursed Kate and Kate? He said: Why should I not curse someone who cursed the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and it is in a book? God? She said: I read what is between the two tablets, but I did not find anything in it that you say.
He said: If you had read it, you would have found it, but had you not read #And whatever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, abstain from it, and fear God. God is severe in punishment, Surah Al-Hashr, Verse 7 #? She said: Yes.
He said: He forbade it, and she said: I see your family doing it?
He said: So go in and see.
So she went in and looked, but did not see anything of her need, so he said: If that were the case, I would not have had intercourse with her.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنْ غُنَيْمِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى :" أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ اسْتَعْطَرَتْ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَتْ لِيُوجَدَ رِيحُهَا، فَهِيَ زَانِيَةٌ، وَكُلُّ عَيْنٍ زَانٍ ".
وَقَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ : يَرْفَعُهُ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا

Abu Asim informed us, on the authority of Thabit ibn Amara, on the authority of Ghunaim ibn Qais, on the authority of Abu Musa: “Any woman who perfumes herself, then goes out To smell her scent, for she is an adulteress, and every eye is an adulterer.”
Abu Asim said: Some of our companions raise it as a noun.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي رِبْعِيُّ بْنُ حِرَاشٍ ، عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ ، عَنْ أُخْتٍ لِحُذَيْفَةَ ، قَالَتْ : خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : " يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ،أَمَا لَكُنَّ فِي الْفِضَّةِ مَا تَحَلَّيْنَ بِهِ؟ أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَتْ مِنْكُنَّ امْرَأَةٌ تَحَلَّى الذَّهَبَ فَتُظْهِرَهُ، إِلَّا عُذِّبَتْ بِهِ "

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Mansour, Rabi’ bin Harash told me, on the authority of his wife, on the authority of Hudhayfah’s sister, She said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, addressed us and said: “O women, do you not have anything to adorn yourself with in silver? “If there is a woman among you who adorns herself with gold and displays it, she will be tortured for it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ هُوَ : ابْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَتْ : سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَيْلِ الْمَرْأَةِ، فَقَالَ : " شِبْرًا "، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِذَنْ تَبْدُوَ أَقْدَامُهُنَّ؟، قَالَ :" فَذِرَاعًا لَا يَزِدْنَ عَلَيْهِ ".
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : النَّاسُ يَقُولُونَ : عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

Ahmad bin Khalid told us, Muhammad told us: Ibn Ishaq, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Safiyya bint Abi Ubaid, on the authority of Umm Salamah, the husband of The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
