حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَّامٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مِينَا ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ وَهُوَ عَلَى أَعْوَادِ مِنْبَرِهِ :" لَيَنْتَهِيَنَّ أَقْوَامٌ عَنْ وَدَعِهِمْ الْجُمُعَاتِ، أَوْ لَيَخْتِمَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ، ثُمَّ لَيَكُونُنَّ مِنْ الْغَافِلِينَ "

Yahya bin Hassan told us, Muawiyah bin Salam told us, Zaid bin Salam told me that he heard Abu Salam, he said: Al-Hakam told me Ibn Mina, that Ibn Umar told him and Abu Hurairah that they heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying while he was on the pillars of his pulpit: Some people will stop abandoning the Friday prayers, or God will seal their hearts, and then they will be among the heedless.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : الْتَقَيْتُ أَنَا وَكَعْبٌ، فَجَعَلْتُ أُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَجَعَلَ يُحَدِّثُنِي عَنْ التَّوْرَاةِ، حَتَّى أَتَيْنَا عَلَى ذِكْرِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ.
فَقُلْتُ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّفِيهَا لَسَاعَةً لَا يُوَافِقُهَا عَبْدٌ مُسْلِمٌ يُصَلِّي يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ فِيهَا خَيْرًا، إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ "

Muhammad ibn Kathir informed us, on the authority of Mukhlid ibn Husayn, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Ibn Sirin, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: I met Ka'b, so I started talking about the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he started talking to me about the Torah, until we came to mention Friday.
So I said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Exclude it for an hour in which a Muslim servant who prays and asks God for good will not agree with it, except He gave it to him.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْتَشِرِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَيَقْرَأُ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ وَالْجُمُعَةِ ب سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَهَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ، وَرُبَّمَا اجْتَمَعَا فَقَرَأَ بِهِمَا "

Muhammad bin Yusuf narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Al-Muntashir, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Habib bin Salem, on the authority of Al-Numan bin Bashir said: “The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to recite on the Eids and Friday prayers, ‘Glorify the name of your Lord Most High.’ Has any hadith reached you?” Al-Ghashiya, and perhaps they came together and he recited with them.”

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُوَيْسٍ ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْفِهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْنَاهُ :" مَا كَانَ يَقْرَأُ بِهِمْ النَّبِيُّ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ مَعَ السُّورَةِ الَّتِي ذُكِرَتْ فِيهَا الْجُمُعَةُ؟ قَالَ : كَانَ يَقْرَأُ مَعَهَا هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ "

Ismail bin Aban told us, Abu Uwais told us, on the authority of Damra bin Saeed Al-Mazini, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abdullah bin Utba, On the authority of Al-Dahhak bin Qais Al-Fihri, on the authority of Al-Nu’man bin Bashir Al-Ansari, he said: We asked him: “What did the Prophet use to recite with them on Fridays?” The surah in which the Friday prayer was mentioned. أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، أَنَّ الضَّحَّاكَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ سَأَلَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيّ :" مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى إِثْرِ سُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ ؟ قَالَ : هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ "

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا كَثُرَ النَّاسُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ ، جَعَلَ الرَّجُلُ يَجِيءُ وَالْقَوْمُ يَجِيئُونَ فَلَا يَكَادُونَ أَنْ يَسْمَعُونَ كَلَامَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى يَرْجِعُوا مِنْ عِنْدِهِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّاسُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ كَثُرُوا، وَإِنَّ الْجَائِيَ يَجِيءُ فَلَا يَكَادُ يَسْمَعُ كَلَامَكَ.
قَالَ : " فَمَا شِئْتُمْ "، فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَى غُلَامٍ لِامْرَأَةٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ، نَجَّارٍ، وَإِلَى طَرْفَاءِ الْغَابَةِ، فَجَعَلُوا لَهُ مِرْقَاتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةً، فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يَجْلِسُ عَلَيْهِ وَيَخْطُبُ عَلَيْهِ، فَلَمَّا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ حَنَّتِ الْخَشَبَةُ الَّتِي كَانَ يَقُومُ عِنْدَهَا، فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَيْهَا فَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهَا، فَسَكَنَتْ "

Abdullah bin Yazid narrated to us, Al-Masoudi narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Hazim, on the authority of Sahl bin Saad, he said: When the people increased in Medina, he made The man comes and the people come, but they have hardly heard the words of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, before they return from him, so the people said to him: O Messenger of God, the people have increased, and the one who comes will hardly hear your words.
He said: “Whatever you wish.” So he sent for a boy of an Ansar woman, a carpenter, and to the trees of the forest, and they made two or three leaves for him. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to sit on him and address him. When they did that, the tree by which he was standing bowed. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, stood up to her and put his hand on her, and she calmed down.”

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَيَخْطُبُ إِلَى جِذْعٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ الْمِنْبَرَ، فَلَمَّا اتَّخَذَ الْمِنْبَرَ، تَحَوَّلَ إِلَيْهِ، حَنَّ الْجِذْعُ فَاحْتَضَنَهُ فَسَكَنَ، وَقَالَ : " لَوْ لَمْ أَحْتَضِنْهُ، لَحَنَّ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ".
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مِثْلَهُ

Hajjaj bin Minhal told us, Hammad bin Salamah told us, on the authority of Ammar bin Abi Ammar, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He was giving a sermon to a tree before he took the pulpit. When he took the pulpit, he turned to him, bent down and embraced the tree and he calmed down, and said: “ If I had not embraced him, he would have longed for the Day of Resurrection.”
Hajjaj told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Anas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, similar to him.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَيَقُومُ إِلَى جِذْعٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُجْعَلَ الْمِنْبَرُ، فَلَمَّا جُعِلَ الْمِنْبَرُ، حَنَّ ذَلِكَ الْجِذْعُ حَتَّى سَمِعْنَا حَنِينَهُ، فَوَضَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَسَكَنَ "

Muhammad bin Kathir informed us, on the authority of Sulayman bin Kathir, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Sa’id bin Al-Musayyab, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, he said: “ The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was standing on a trunk before the pulpit was made. حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ رُوَيْبَةَ ، قَالَ : رَأَى بِشْرَ بْنَ مَرْوَانَ رَافِعًا يَدَيْهِ يَدْعُو عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، قَالَ : فَسَبَّهُ، وَقَالَ : " لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَعَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَمَا يَقُولُ بِأُصْبُعِهِ إِلَّا هَكَذَا، وَأَشَارَ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ عِنْدَ الْخَاصِرَةِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حُصَيْنٌ قَالَ : رَأَى عُمَارَةُ بْنُ رُوَيْبَةَ بِشْرَ بْنَ مَرْوَانَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ رَافِعًا يَدَيْهِ، فَقَالَ : " قَبَّحَ اللَّهُ هَاتَيْنِ الْيَدَيْنِ، لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَعَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، وَمَا يُشِيرُ إِلَّا بِإِصْبُعِهِ "
