حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ الْمُرِّيُّ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ :" كَانَ رَجُلٌ يَقْرَأُ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْمَدِينَةِ ، وَكَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَدْ وَضَعَ عَلَيْهِ الرَّصَدَ، فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ خَتْمِهِ، قَامَ فَتَحَوَّلَ إِلَيْهِ "

Suleiman bin Harb told us, Saleh Al-Marri told us, on the authority of Qatada, he said: “A man was reciting in the mosque of Medina, and he was the son of Abbas had set the watch over him, so when the day of his seal came, he stood up and turned to him.”

Suleiman bin Harb told us, Saleh Al-Marri told us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Abu Qalaba, who attributed it to the Prophet, saying: “Whoever witnesses the Qur’an when it is opened, “It is as if he witnessed a conquest in the path of God, and whoever witnesses its completion when it is concluded, it is as if he witnessed the spoils when they are divided.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ :" الْقِنْطَارُ : سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مِثْقَالٍ "

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ ، قَالَ :" الْقِنْطَارُ : أَلْفُ أُوقِيَّةٍ وَمِائَتَا أُوقِيَّةٍ "

Ishaq narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Bakr, on the authority of Abu Husayn, on the authority of Salim ibn Abi al-Ja’d, on the authority of Muadh ibn Jabal, who said: “Quantar: one thousand.” "one ounce and two hundred ounces"

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ هُوَ الزَّنْجِيُّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ :" الْقِنْطَارُ : سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ "

Ishaq told us, on the authority of a Muslim, who is a Negro, on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of Mujahid, who said: “A quintal: seventy thousand dinars.”

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ مُبَارَكٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" الْقِنْطَارُ دِيَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَلْفًا "

Ishaq told us, on the authority of Mubarak, on the authority of Al-Hasan, who said: “A quintal is the blood money for one of you, twelve thousand.”

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ هُشَيْمٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ :" الْقِنْطَارُ : أَرْبَعُونَ أَلْفًا "

Ishaq narrated to us, on the authority of Hushaym, on the authority of Ali bin Zaid, on the authority of Saeed bin Al-Musayyab, who said: “Quantar: forty thousand.”

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ عِيسَى ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْهَبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ الْعَبْدِيِّ ، قَالَ :" الْقِنْطَارُ : مِلْءُ مَسْكِ ثَوْرٍ ذَهَبًا "

Ishaq bin Issa narrated to us, on the authority of Abu Al-Ashhab, on the authority of Abu Nadra Al-Abdi, who said: “Quintar: the musk of a bull filled with gold.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنَا، أَبَانُ الْعَطَّارُ ، وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ :" الْقِنْطَارُ : اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَلْفًا "

Abd al-Samad bin Abd al-Warith narrated to us, Aban al-Attar and Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, on the authority of Asim, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: “Quintar: twelve thousand.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ يُحَنَّسَ مَوْلَى الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَخِي أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنْ قَرَأَ أَلْفَ آيَةٍ، إِلَى خَمْسِ مِائَةٍ كُتِبَ لَهُ قِنْطَارٌ مِنْ الْأَجْرِ، الْقِيرَاطُ مِنْهُ مِثْلُ التَّلِّ الْعَظِيمِ "

Muhammad bin al-Qasim told us, Musa bin Ubaidah told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ibrahim, on the authority of Yuhans, the client of al-Zubayr, on the authority of Salim, brother of Umm al-Darda’. On the authority of Umm al-Darda’, on the authority of Abu al-Darda’, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Whoever recites a thousand verses up to five hundred, a quintal of of reward, a qirat of it is like a great hill.”
