أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعْطِينِي الْعَطَاءَ فَأَقُولُ : أَعْطِهِ مَنْ هُوَ أَفْقَرُ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي.
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خُذْ،وَمَا آتَاكَ اللَّهُ مِنْ هَذَا الْمَالِ وَأَنْتَ غَيْرُ مُسْرِفٍ وَلَا سَائِلٍ، فَخُذْهُ، وَمَا لَا، فَلَا تُتْبِعْهُ نَفْسَكَ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنِي السَّائِبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، أَنَّ حُوَيْطِبَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعُزَّى أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ السَّعْدِيِّ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، بِنَحْوِهِ.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ السَّعْدِيِّ ، قَالَ : اسْتَعْمَلَنِي عُمَرُ ، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوًا مِنْهُ

Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Take it, and whatever God has given you of this money while you are neither extravagant nor begging, take it. And whatever not, then do not Your soul will follow it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنَّ نَاسًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ سَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَعْطَاهُمْ، ثُمَّ سَأَلُوهُ فَأَعْطَاهُمْ، حَتَّى إِذَا نَفِدَ مَا عِنْدَهُ، فَقَالَ :" مَا يَكُونُ عِنْدِي مِنْ خَيْرٍ، فَلَنْ أَدَّخِرَهُ عَنْكُمْ، وَمَنْ يَسْتَعْفِفْ، يُعِفَّهُ اللَّهُ، وَمَنْ يَسْتَغْنِ، يُغْنِهِ اللَّهُ، وَمَنْ يَتَصَبَّرْ، يُصَبِّرْهُ اللَّهُ، وَمَا أُعْطِيَ أَحَدٌ عَطَاءً هُوَ خَيْرٌ وَأَوْسَعُ مِنْ الصَّبْرِ "

God gives him patience, and no one has been given a gift that is better and more comprehensive than patience.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ مَعْدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" مَنْ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ مَسْأَلَةً وَهُوَ عَنْهَا غَنِيٌّ، كَانَتْ شَيْنًا فِي وَجْهِهِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تُلْحِفُوا بِي فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ فَوَاللَّهِ لَا يَسْأَلُنِي أَحَدٌ شَيْئًا فَأُعْطِيَهُ وَأَنَا كَارِهٌ، فَيُبَارَكَ لَهُ فِيهِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى ، عَنْ عِيسَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعِنْدَهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، فَأَخَذَ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَانْتَزَعَهَا مِنْهُ، وَقَالَ : " أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهُلَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا الصَّدَقَةُ "

أَخْبَرَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : أَخَذَ الْحَسَنُ تَمْرَةً مِنْ تَمْرِ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَجَعَلَهَا فِي فِيهِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كِخْ كِخْ أَلْقِهَا، أَمَا شَعَرْتَ أَنَّالَا نَأْكُلُ الصَّدَقَةَ؟ "

Hashim bin Al-Qasim told us, Shu’bah told us, Muhammad bin Ziyad told me, he said: I heard Abu Hurairah say: Al-Hasan took a date from… He passed the zakat, so he put it in his mouth, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Throw it in, do you not think that we should not eat the charity?”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" مَنْ سَأَلَ عَنْ ظَهْرِ غِنًى، جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَفِي وَجْهِهِ خُمُوشٌ أَوْ كُدُوحٌ أَوْ خُدُوشٌ ".
قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَمَا الْغِنَى؟ قَالَ : " خَمْسُونَ دِرْهَمًا أَوْ قِيمَتُهَا مِنْ الذَّهَبِ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، بِنَحْوِهِ

Yazid bin Harun informed us, Sharik informed us, on the authority of Hakim bin Jubayr, on the authority of Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman bin Yazid, on the authority of his father, On the authority of Abdullah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever asks about the appearance of wealth will come on the Day of Resurrection with bruises or scratches on his face.” “Abrasions or scratches.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ رَيْحَانَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : يَعْنِي : قَوِيٍّ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجُوَيْرِيَةِ الْجَرْمِيُّ ، أَنَّ مَعْنَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَهُ، قَالَ : بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَا وَأَبِي وَجَدِّي، وَخَطَبَ عَلَيَّ فَأَنْكَحَنِي، وَخَاصَمْتُ إِلَيْهِ، وَكَانَ أَبِي يَزِيدُ أَخْرَجَ دَنَانِيرَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهَا فَوَضَعَهَا عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، فَجِئْتُ فَأَخَذْتُهَا، فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِهَا، فَقَالَ : وَاللَّهِ مَا إِيَّاكَ أَرَدْتُ بِهَا، فَخَاصَمْتُهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ :" لَكَ مَا نَوَيْتَ يَا يَزِيدُ، وَلَكَ يَا مَعْنُ مَا أَخَذْتَ "

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Israel told us, Abu Al-Juwayriyah Al-Jarmi told us, that Ma’an bin Yazid told him, he said: I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of God God, may God bless him and grant him peace, me, my father, and my grandfather. He proposed to me and made me marry, and I argued with him. Abu Yazid had given dinars as charity. So he placed it with a man in the mosque, so I came and took it and brought it to him, and he said: By God, beware, I did not want it, so I disputed with him until The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said: “You get what you intended, O Yazid, and you get what you took, O Ma’n.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الطُّفَيْلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ ، قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : " إِنَّفِي أَمْوَالِكُمْ حَقًّا سِوَى الزَّكَاةِ "

Muhammad ibn al-Tufayl told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Abu Hamza, on the authority of Amir, on the authority of Fatima bint Qais, she said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
