  • Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1239

    أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّ الْعَّبَاسَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَلِيَبِيتَ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَايَتِهِ.
    فَأَذِنَ لَهُ ".
    حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، نَحْوَهُ
    Abdullah bin Saeed told us, Abu Usama told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar: that Al-Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, asked permission to stay in Mecca for the nights of Mina in order to provide him with water.

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَ :سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ الضَّبُعِ آكُلُهُ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قُلْتُ : هُوَ صَيْدٌ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ".
    قُلْتُ : سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
    قِيلَ لِأَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ : مَا تَقُولُ فِي الضَّبُعِ تَأْكُلُهُ؟ قَالَ : أَنَا أَكْرَهُ أَكْلَهُ
    Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umair, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah bin Abi Ammar, He said: I asked Jabir bin Abdullah about the hyena that eats it? He said: Yes, I said: Is it hunting? He said: Yes.
    I said: I heard it from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace? He said: Yes.
    It was said to Abu Muhammad: What do you say about the hyena you eat? He said: I hate eating it

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الضَّبُعِ، فَقَالَ :" هُوَ صَيْدٌ وَفِيهِ كَبْشٌ إِذَا أَصَابَهُ الْمُحْرِمُ "
    Abu Nu`aym told us, Jarir bin Hazim told us, he said: I heard Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umair, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Ammar, On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was asked about the hyena, and he said: “It is a game, and it includes a ram if the Muhrim kills it.”

    حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، وَعَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيُّ ، أَنَّ مُجَاهِدًا أَخْبَرَهُمَا، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقُومَ عَلَى بُدْنِهِ، وَأَنْ يَقْسِمَ بُدْنَهُ كُلَّهَا : لُحُومَهَا وَجُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا، وَلَا يُعْطِيَ فِي جِزَارَتِهَا مِنْهَا شَيْئًا "
    Musaddad narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, he said: Al-Hasan bin Muslim and Abd al-Karim al-Jazari informed me that a mujahid He told them that Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila told him, that Ali told him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded him to stand up. On his body, and that he divides his entire body: its meat, its skins, and its meat, and he does not give anything of it when it is slaughtered.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ الدُّهْنِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ :" دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَكَّةَ حِينَ افْتَتَحَهَا وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ ".
    قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيل : سَمِعَهُ مِنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ.
    كَانَ مَعَ أَبِيهِ
    Ismail bin Aban told us, Muawiyah bin Ammar Al-Dahni told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, who said: “The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, entered He greeted Mecca when he conquered it, wearing a black turban without being in ihram.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ مِغْفَرٌ، فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ،هَذَا ابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " اقْتُلُوهُ ".
    قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ : وَقُرِئَ عَلَى مَالِكٍ : قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ : وَلَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُحْرِمًا
    Abdullah bin Khalid told us, Malik bin Anas told us, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, He entered Mecca in the year of the conquest with a salaam on his head.     Abdullah bin Khalid said: And it was recited to Malik: He said: Ibn Shihab said: And the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was not in ihram on that day.

    أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ مُسَيْكَةَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهَا خَيْرًا ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ،أَلَا نَبْنِي لَكَ بِمِنًى بِنَاءً يُظِلُّكَ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا، مِنًى مُنَاخُ مَنْ سَبَقَ "
    Ishaq told us, Waki` told us, Israel told us, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Muhajir, on the authority of Yusuf bin Mahak, on the authority of his mother Masika And he praised her well, on the authority of Aisha, who said: I said: O Messenger of God, shall we not build for you in Mina a building that will give you shade?     أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَعَمْرَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ :" كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَيَبْعَثُ بِهَدْيِهِ مُقَلَّدَةً، وَيُقِيمُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَلَا يَجْتَنِبُ شَيْئًا حَتَّى يُنْحَرَ هَدْيُهُ "
    Al-Hakam bin Nafi told us, Shuaib told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, he said: Urwa bin Al-Zubayr and Amra bint Abdul Rahman told me, Aisha said: “I used to twist the necklaces of the gift of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he would send his gift as an imitation, and he would reside in Medina and not He avoids something until his sacrifice is sacrificed.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ : يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، إِنَّ رِجَالًا يَبْعَثُ أَحَدُهُمْ بِالْهَدْيِ مَعَ الرَّجُلِ، فَيَقُولُ : إِذَا بَلَغْتَ مَكَانَ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَقَلِّدْهُ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَ ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانَ، لَمْ يَزَلْ مُحْرِمًا حَتَّى يَحِلَّ النَّاسُ.
    قَالَ : فَسَمِعْتُ صَفْقَتَهَا بِيَدِهَا مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحِجَابِ، وَقَالَتْ : " لَقَدْكُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ الْقَلَائِدَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَيَبْعَثُ بِالْهَدْيِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ ، مَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ مِمَّا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ النَّاسُ "
    Ya’la told us, Ismail told us, meaning Ibn Abi Khaled, on the authority of Amer, on the authority of Masruq, that he said to Aisha: O Mother of the Believers, Men, one of whom sends a gift with another man, and says: When you reach such-and-such a place, follow him. When he reaches that place, he will continue to do so. Forbidden until people permit it.
    He said: I heard her clapping her hand from behind the veil, and she said: “I was twisting necklaces for the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Then he will be sent with the sacrificial animal to the Kaaba, and nothing will be forbidden to him from what is permissible for a man from his family until the people return.”

  • Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1230

    أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، يَقُولُ : حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي طَاوُسٌ الْيَمَانِيُّ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ وَهُوَ يُسْأَلُ عَنْ حَبْسِ النِّسَاءِ عَنْ الطَّوَافِ بِالْبَيْتِ إِذَا حِضْنَ قَبْلَ النَّفْرِ، وَقَدْ أَفَضْنَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ عَائِشَةَ كَانَتْتَذْكُرُ رُخْصَةً لِلنِّسَاءِ ".
    وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بِعَامٍ
    Abdullah bin Salih told us, saying: Al-Layth told me, Uqail told me, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, he said: Tawoos Al-Yamani told me, He heard Abdullah bin Omar being asked about women’s imprisonment from circumambulating the Kaaba when he embraced before leaving, and the Day of Sacrifice had passed. He said: “Aisha was remembering the permission given to women.”
    This was a year before the death of Abdullah bin Omar.
