حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَيَبْعَثَنَّ اللَّهُ الْحَجَرَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَهُ عَيْنَانِ يُبْصِرُ بِهِمَا، وَلِسَانٌ يَنْطِقُ بِهِ، يَشْهَدُ عَلَى مَنْ اسْتَلَمَهُ بِحَقٍّ ".
قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ : لِمَنْ اسْتَلَمَهُ

Hajjaj bin Minhal and Sulayman bin Harb narrated to us, saying: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, Abdullah bin Uthman bin Khathim narrated to us, on the authority of Saeed bin Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “God will raise a stone on the Day of Resurrection to have two eyes.” He sees by them, and a tongue speaks by them, which bears witness of him who has received him in truth.”
Solomon said: To whoever received it

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ :" مَا تَرَكْتُ اسْتِلَامَ هَذَيْنِ الرُّكْنَيْنِ فِي شِدَّةٍ وَلَا رَخَاءٍ مُنْذُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْتَلِمُهُمَا ".
قُلْتُ لِنَافِعٍ : أَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَمْشِي بَيْنَ الرُّكْنَيْنِ ؟ قَالَ : إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَمْشِي لِيَكُونَ أَيْسَرَ لِاسْتِلَامِهِ

Musaddad narrated to us, Yahya narrated to us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: “I never neglected to hold these two pillars in distress. There has been no prosperity since I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, receiving them.”
I said to Nafi’: Did Ibn Umar walk between the two corners? He said: He was walking so that it would be easier to reach him.

أَخْبَرَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ هُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ مَوْلَى ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، يُقَالُ لَهُ : يُوسُفُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ أَوْ الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سَوْدَةَ بِنْتِ زَمْعَةَ ، قَالَتْ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَحُجَّ.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ دَيْنٌ فَقَضَيْتَهُ عَنْهُ، قُبِلَ مِنْهُ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " اللَّهُ أَرْحَمُ،حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ "

Salih bin Abdullah told us, Abdul Aziz told us, he is the son of Abdul Samad, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Mawla Ibn Al-Zubayr, he is called: Yusuf bin Al-Zubayr or Al-Zubayr bin Yusuf, on the authority of Sawda bint Zama’a, who said: A man came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He said: My father is an old man and cannot perform Hajj.
He said: “What do you think, if your father had a debt and you paid it off, it would be accepted from him?”
He said: Yes.
He said: “God is Most Merciful. Perform Hajj on behalf of your father.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ مَوْلًى لِآلِ الْزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : إِنَّأَبِي أَدْرَكَهُ الْإِسْلَامُ وَهُوَ شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ رُكُوبَ الرَّحْلِ، وَالْحَجُّ مَكْتُوبٌ عَلَيْهِ، أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ؟ قَالَ : " أَنْتَ أَكْبَرُ وَلَدِهِ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ دَيْنٌ فَقَضَيْتَهُ عَنْهُ، أَكَانَ ذَلِكَ يُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " فَاحْجُجْ عَنْهُ "

Muhammad bin Humaid told us, Jarir told us, on the authority of Mansour, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Yusuf bin Al-Zubayr, a client of the family of Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Al-Zubayr, he said: A man from Khath’am came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: My father embraced Islam and he is an old man who does not He can ride, and Hajj is prescribed for him. Should I perform Hajj on his behalf? He said: “Are you his eldest son?”
He said: Yes.
He said: “Do you think that if your father had a debt and you paid it off, would that be enough for him?”
He said: Yes.
He said: “Then perform Hajj on his behalf.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي الْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَوْ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ أَبِي أَوْ أُمِّي عَجُوزٌ كَبِيرٌ، إِنْ أَنَا حَمَلْتُهَا لَمْ تَسْتَمْسِكْ، وَإِنْ رَبَطْتُهَا، خَشِيتُ أَنْ أَقْتُلَهَا.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ كَانَ عَلَى أَبِيكَ أَوْ أُمِّكَ دَيْنٌ، أَكُنْتَ تَقْضِيهِ؟ ".
قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ :" فَحُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ، أَوْ أُمِّكَ "

Musaddad told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Abi Ishaq, on the authority of Sulayman bin Yasar, Al-Fadl bin Abbas or Ubayd Allah ibn al-Abbas, that a man said: O Messenger of God, my father or mother is old and old. If I carry her, she will not hold on, even if I tied her up, I was afraid I would kill her.
He said: “What do you think, if your father or mother owed a debt, would you pay it off?”
He said: Yes, he said: “Perform Hajj on behalf of your father or your mother.”

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ خَثْعَمَ اسْتَفْتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، وَالْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَدِيفُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَى عِبَادِهِ أَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا، لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَسْتَوِيَ عَلَى الرَّاحِلَةِ،فَهَلْ يَقْضِي أَنْ أَحُجَّ عَنْهُ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ".
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَحْوًا مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ

Muhammad bin Yusuf narrated to us, Al-Awza’i narrated to us, Al-Zuhri narrated to me, on the authority of Sulayman bin Yasar, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that a woman from Khath’am She consulted the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding the Farewell Pilgrimage, and Al-Fadl bin Abbas was the companion of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and she said: Oh Messenger of God, it is God’s obligation upon His servants. My father has become very old and cannot stand upright on a mount. Will he order me to perform Hajj? About him? He said: “Yes.”
Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Suleiman bin Yasar, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. And peace be upon him, similar to the hadith of Al-Awza’i

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ الْفَضْلِ هُوَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنَّأَبِي شَيْخٌ لَا يَسْتَوِي عَلَى الْبَعِيرِ أَدْرَكَتْهُ فَرِيضَةُ اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " حُجِّي عَنْهُ "

Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Suleiman bin Yasar, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of Al-Fadl, who is the son of Abbas, that a woman asked the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and said: I am an old man who is not able to ride a camel. The duty of God has overtaken him, so he said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “Perform Hajj on his behalf.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ رَدِيفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، جَاءَتْ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ خَثْعَمَ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنَّ فَرِيضَةَ اللَّهِ فِي الْحَجِّ عَلَى عِبَادِهِأَدْرَكَتْ أَبِي شَيْخًا كَبِيرًا لَا يَسْتَمْسِكُ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ، وَلَمْ يَحُجَّ، أَفَأَحُجُّ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : " نَعَمْ ".
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ

Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Raqqashi told us, Wahib told us, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Sulayman bin Yasar, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, On the authority of Al-Fadl ibn Abbas, that he was the companion of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the Farewell Pilgrimage. A woman from Khath’am came and said: It is an obligatory God is in the Hajj for His servants. I found my father an old man who was not able to stand on his mount and did not perform Hajj. Should I perform Hajj on his behalf? He said: “Yes.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ ، قَالَ : مَرَّ بِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَنَا بِالْأَبْوَاءِ أَوْ بِوَدَّانَ ، فَأَهْدَيْتُ لَهُ لَحْمَ حِمَارِ وَحْشٍ، فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيَّ، فَلَمَّا رَأَى فِي وَجْهِي الْكَرَاهِيَةَ، قَالَ : " إِنَّهُلَيْسَ بِنَا رَدٌّ عَلَيْكَ، وَلَكِنَّا حُرُمٌ "

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abdullah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: Tell me Al-Saab bin Jathama said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by me while I was in Al-Abwa or Budan, so I gave him the meat of a wild donkey. He responded to me, and when he saw the hatred in my face, he said: “It is not our duty to rebuke you, but we are in a state of sanctity.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَأُهْدِيَ لَهُ طَيْرٌ وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ، وَهُوَ رَاقِدٌ، فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَكَلَ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ تَوَرَّعَ، فَاسْتَيْقَظَ طَلْحَةُ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ، فَوَفَّقَ مَنْ أَكَلَهُ، وَقَالَ : " أَكَلْنَاهُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "

Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Ibn Al-Munkadir, on the authority of Muadh bin Abdul Rahman bin Uthman Al-Taymi, on the authority of his father, he said We were with Talha bin Ubaid Allah on a travel, and a bird was given to him while they were in Ihram, while he was lying down. Some of us ate, and some of us were hesitant. Then Talha woke up and they told him, and he agreed to eat it, and said: “We ate it with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.”
