أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِلَحْمِ حِمَارِ وَحْشٍ، فَرَدَّهُ وَقَالَ : " إِنَّاحُرُمٌ لَا نَأْكُلُ الصَّيْدَ "

Muhammad bin Issa told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Salih bin Kaysan, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Abdullah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of Al-Saab bin Jathama said that the meat of a wild donkey was brought to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he returned it and said: “We are in ihram and we will not eat game.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ نَسِيرُ وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ، وَأَبُو قَتَادَةَ حَلَالٌ، إِذْ رَأَيْتُ حِمَارًا، فَرَكِبْتُ فَرَسًا، فَأَصَبْتُهُ، فَأَكَلُوا مِنْ لَحْمِهِ وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ وَلَمْ آكُلْ، فَأَتَوْا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلُوهُ، فَقَالَ :" أَشَرْتُمْ، قَتَلْتُمْ؟ أَوْ قَالَ : ضَرَبْتُمْ؟ قَالُوا : لَا، قَالَ : فَكُلُوا "

Abu Al-Walid told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Uthman bin Abdullah bin Mawhib, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Qatada, on the authority of His father, he said: While we were walking and they were in Ihram, and Abu Qatada was permissible, I saw a donkey, so I rode a horse, and I shot it, and they ate from it. His meat while they were in ihram and I did not eat. So they came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and asked him. He said: Did you indicate, did you kill? Or he said: Did you strike? They said: No, he said: So eat.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : انْطَلَقَ أَبِي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ، فَأَحْرَمَ أَصْحَابُهُ وَلَمْ يُحْرِمْ أَبُو قَتَادَةَ، فَأَصَابَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، فَطَعَنَهُ وَأَكَلَ مِنْ لَحْمِهِ، فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، فَطَعَنْتُهُ، فَقَالَ لِلْقَوْمِ :" كُلُوا " وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ

Yazid bin Harun told us, Hisham Al-Dastawai told us, on the authority of Yahya, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Qatada, he said: My father set out with The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was in the year of Hudaybiyyah. His companions entered into ihram and Abu Qatada did not enter into ihram. He attacked a wild donkey, stabbed it and ate it. Its meat, so I said: O Messenger of God, I struck a zebra, so I stabbed it, so it said to the people: “Eat” while they were in ihram.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، قَالَ :" تَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَيْمُونَةَ حَلَالًا، وَبَنَى بِهَا حَلَالًا، وَكُنْتُ الرَّسُولَ بَيْنَهُمَا "

Abu Nu’aym told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Matar Al-Warraq, on the authority of Rabi’a bin Abi Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Suleiman bin Yasar, On the authority of Abu Rafi’, he said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, married Maymunah lawfully, and he built lawful marriage with her, and I was the messenger between them.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ ، أَنَّ مَيْمُونَةَ ، قَالَتْ :" تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ حَلَالَانِ بَعْدَمَا رَجَعَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ بِسَرِفَ "

Amr bin Asim narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, on the authority of Habib bin Al-Shahid, on the authority of Maymun bin Mihran, on the authority of Yazid bin Al-Asam, that Maimuna, she said: “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, married me and we were lawful after he returned from Mecca with great pleasure.”

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ خَطَبَ إِلَى أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ وَهُوَ أَمِيرُ الْمَوْسِمِ ، فَقَالَ أَبَانُ : لَا أُرَاهُ إِلا عِرَاقِيًّا جَافِيًا، " إِنَّالْمُحْرِمَ لَا يَنْكِحُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا بِذَلِكَ عُثْمَانُ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
سُئِلَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : تَقُولُ بِهَذَا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ

Suleiman bin Harb narrated to us, Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, on the authority of Ayyub, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Nabih bin Wahb: that a man from the Quraysh addressed to Aban bin Othman, who is the prince of the season. Aban said: I do not see him as anything but an Iraqi who is arrogant. “Indeed, a muhrim cannot marry or be given in marriage.”
Uthman told us about this, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
Abu Muhammad was asked: Do you say this? He said: Yes

حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ "

Hashim bin Al-Qasim told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Amr bin Dinar, on the authority of Jabir bin Zayd, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: “The Prophet married May God’s prayers and peace be upon him while he was in ihram.”

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَطَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ".
قَالَ إِسْحَاق L927 : قَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً : عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمَرَّةً، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، وَجَمَعَهُمَا مَرَّةً

Ishaq narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Amr, on the authority of Ata’, and Tawus, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, He was cupped while in ihram.”
Ishaq said, L927: Sufyan said once: on the authority of Ata’, and on one occasion, on the authority of Tawoos, and once he combined them both.

حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ أَبِي عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ابْنِ بُحَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ :" احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَحْيِ جَمَلٍ ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ "

Marwan bin Muhammad narrated to us, Suleiman bin Bilal narrated to us, Alqamah bin Abi Alqamah narrated to us, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman al-Araj, on the authority of Abd Ibn Buhaynah said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, cupped the beard of a camel while he was in ihram.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ "

Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Uthman, on the authority of Sa`id ibn Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: “He cupped Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, while he was in Ihram.”
