أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَبِقَتْلِ خَمْسِ فَوَاسِقَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ : الْحِدَأَةِ، وَالْغُرَابِ، وَالْفَأْرَةِ، وَالْعَقْرَبِ، وَالْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ ".
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ : الْأَسْوَدُ.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا : إِنَّ مَعْمَرًا كَانَ يَذْكُرُهُ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ وعُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Ishaq told us, Abdul Razzaq told us, Muammar told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, who said: “ The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered the killing of five sinners in the lawful and sacred places: the kite, the crow, the mouse, and the scorpion. And the stubborn dog.”
Abdullah said: The aqour dog, and some of them said: The black dog.
Abd al-Razzaq told us, some of our companions said: Muammar used to mention it, on the authority of al-Zuhri, on the authority of Salim, on the authority of his father and Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْهُنَّ : الْغُرَابُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ "

Yazid bin Harun told us, Yahya told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Five without a wing In killing whomever he kills: the crow, the mouse, the kite, the scorpion, and the squirrel dog.”

حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ طَارِقٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ حَجَّ وَهُوَ مُنِيخٌ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ ، فَقَالَ لِي : " أَحَجَجْتَ؟ " قُلْتُ : نَعَمْ.
قَالَ : " كَيْفَ أَهْلَلْتَ؟ ".
قَالَ : قُلْتُ : لَبَّيْكَ بِإِهْلَالٍ كَإِهْلَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
قَالَ : " أَحْسَنْتَ،اذْهَبْ فَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ ، وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، ثُمَّ حِلَّ ".
قَالَ : فَطُفْتُ بِالْبَيْتِ ، وَبِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ امْرَأَةً مِنْ نِسَاءِ بَنِي قَيْسٍ فَجَعَلَتْ تَفْلِي رَأْسِي، فَجَعَلْتُ أُفْتِي النَّاسَ بِذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ لِي رَجُلٌ : يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، رُوَيْدًا بَعْضَ فُتْيَاكَ، فَإِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي النُّسُكِ بَعْدَكَ.
فَقُلْتُ : يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ، مَنْ كُنَّا أَفْتَيْنَاهُ فُتْيَا، فَلْيَتَّئِدْ، فَإِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَادِمٌ عَلَيْكُمْ فَبِهِ فَأْتَمُّوا.
فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَتَيْتُهُ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ : إِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ، فَإِنَّ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ يَأْمُرُ بِالتَّمَامِ، وَإِنْ نَأْخُذْ بِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَحِلَّ حَتَّى بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ

Sahl bin Hammad narrated to us, Shu’bah narrated to us, Qais bin Muslim narrated to us, on the authority of Tariq, on the authority of Abu Musa, he said: I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. When he performed Hajj while he was wearing a bathtub, he said to me: “Did you perform Hajj?” I said: Yes.
He said: “How did you perform halalah?”
He said: I said: I wish you a crescent like the crescent of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.
He said: “You have done well. Go and circumambulate the Ka’bah, and Safa and Marwah, then he came back.”
He said: So I walked around the House, and around Safa and Marwah, then I came to a woman from the women of Banu Qays and she began to bow my head, so I began to give fatwas to the people. With that, a man said to me: O Abdullah bin Qais, take some of your youth, for you do not know what the Commander of the Faithful did regarding rituals after you.
So I said: O people, whoever we have given a fatwa to, let him be patient, for the Commander of the Faithful is coming to you, so follow him.
When he came, I went to him and mentioned that to him, and he said: If we follow the Book of God, for the Book of God commands completion, and if we follow the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, for the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not come to him until the sacrificial animal reached its place.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَامَ حَجَّ مُعَاوِيَةُ يَسْأَلُ سَعْدَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ :" كَيْفَ تَقُولُ بِالتَّمَتُّعِ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ؟ قَالَ : حَسَنَةٌ جَمِيلَةٌ ".
فَقَالَ : قَدْ كَانَ عُمَرُ يَنْهَى عَنْهَا، فَأَنْتَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ؟ قَالَ : عُمَرُ خَيْرٌ مِنِّي، وَقَدْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ

Ahmad bin Khalid told us, Muhammad bin Ishaq told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Nawfal, he said: I heard in Muawiyah’s Hajj asks Saad bin Malik: “How do you say that the enjoyment of Umrah leads to Hajj?” He said: “It is a beautiful good deed.”
He said: Omar used to forbid it, so are you better than Omar? He said: Omar is better than me, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did that and he is better than Omar.

أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ : إِنِّي مُحَدِّثُكَ بِحَدِيثٍ لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَنْفَعَكَ بِهِ بَعْدُ، إِنَّهُ كَانَ يُسَلَّمُ عَلَيَّ وَإِنَّ ابْنَ زِيَادٍ أَمَرَنِي فَاكْتَوَيْتُ، فَاحْتُبِسَ عَنِّي حَتَّى ذَهَبَ أَثَرُ الْمَكَاوِي، وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ" الْمُتْعَةَ حَلَالٌ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ، لَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهَا نَبِيٌّ، وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ فِيهَا كِتَابٌ "، قَالَ رَجُلٌ بِرَأْيِهِ مَا بَدَا لَهُ

Sulayman bin Harb told us, Abu Hilal told us, Qatada told us, on the authority of Mutarrif, he said: Imran bin Husayn said: I will speak to you. With a hadith that God may benefit you with later, that he used to greet me and Ibn Ziyad commanded me, so I was stunned, so he was withheld from me until the traces were gone. Irons, and know that “temptation is permissible in the Book of God. No prophet forbade it, and no book was revealed about it.” A man said in his opinion what seemed to be for him

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهَا، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَفْرَدَ الْحَجَّ "

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Al-Qasim, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, may God Almighty be pleased On her authority, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, “singled out the Hajj.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ خَبَّابٍ ، قَالَ : فَحَدَّثْتُ عِكْرِمَةَ فَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنَّ ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتَ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَحُجَّ، فَكَيْفَ أَقُولُ؟ قَالَ : " قُولِي :لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، وَمَحِلِّي حَيْثُ تَحْبِسُنِي، فَإِنَّ لَكِ عَلَى رَبِّكِ مَا اسْتَثْنَيْتِ "

Abu Al-Numan told us, Thabit bin Yazid told us, Hilal bin Khabab told us, he said: I told Ikrimah and he told me, on the authority of Ibn Abbas: Daba’ah bint al-Zubayr bin Abdul Muttalib came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: O Messenger of God, I want to perform Hajj. So how do I say? He said: “Say: ‘At your service, O God, at your service, and my abode is where You imprison me. Indeed, you have the right from your Lord whatever you have set aside.’”

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ خَلَّادِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أَتَانِي جِبْرَائِيلُ ، فَقَالَ : مُرْ أَصْحَابَكَ أَوْ مَنْ مَعَكَ أَنْ يَرْفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَهُمْ بِالتَّلْبِيَةِ أَوْ بِالْإِهْلَالِ ".
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ نَحْوَهُ

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Bakr, on the authority of Khallad bin Al-Sa’ib, on the authority of his father, he said: He said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “Gabriel came to me and said: Order your companions or those with you to raise their voices in the Talbiyah or “By deserving of the deserving of God.”
Othman bin Muhammad told us, Ibn Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Bakr, with a similar chain of transmission.

قَالَ يَحْيَى : وَذَكَرَ نَافِعٌ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَزِيدُ هَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ :" لَبَّيْكَ وَالرَّغْبَاءُ إِلَيْكَ وَالْعَمَلُ، لَبَّيْكَ لَبَّيْكَ "

Yahya said: Nafi’ mentioned that Ibn Umar used to add these words: “At your service, and those who seek your favor, and deeds, at your service, at your request.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا لَبَّى، قَالَ :" لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ "

Yazid bin Harun informed us, Yahya, meaning Ibn Sa`id, informed us, on the authority of Nafi`, on the authority of Ibn Umar, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was If he responds, he says: “At your command, O God, at your command. You have no partner at your command. Indeed, praise and blessings are Yours and dominion, you have no partner.”
