أَخْبَرَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ ، أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ عَلِيًّا وَعُثْمَانَ بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ ، وَعُثْمَانُ يَنْهَى عَنْ الْمُتْعَةِ، فَلَمَّا رَأَى ذَلِكَ عَلِيٌّ ،" أَهَلَّ بِهِمَا جَمِيعًا، فَقَالَ : لَبَّيْكَ بِحَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ مَعًا ".
فَقَالَ : تَرَانِي أَنْهَى عَنْهُ وَتَفْعَلُهُ؟ فَقَالَ : لَمْ أَكُنْ لِأَدَعَ سُنَّةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَوْلِ أَحَدٍ مِنْ النَّاسِ

Sahl bin Hammad told us, Shu`bah told us, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Ali bin Al-Hussein, on the authority of Marwan bin Al-Hakam, that he bore witness to Ali Othman was between Mecca and Medina, and Othman forbade Mut’ah, so when Ali saw that, he brought them all in, and said: Here is a proof. And Umrah together.”
He said: Do you think I forbade it and you do it? He said: I would not abandon the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, according to the words of any of the people.

أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، قَالَ : وَسَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى يَقُولُ :" سَعَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، وَنَحْنُ نَسْتُرُهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ أَنْ يُصِيبَهُ أَحَدٌ بِحَجَرٍ أَوْ بِرَمْيَةٍ "

Ja`far bin Aoun told us, Ismail bin Abi Khaled told us, he said: And I heard Ibn Abi Awfa saying: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, strove He made peace between Safa and Marwah, and We protected him from the people of Mecca lest anyone hit him with a stone or an arrow.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، وَحَجَّاجٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " اسْتَنْصَتَ النَّاسَ "، فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ :" لَا تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ "

Abu Al-Walid and Hajjaj told us, they said: Shu’bah told us, Ali bin Mudrak told me, he said: I heard Abu Zur’ah talking, on the authority of Jarir bin Abdullah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The people listened in,” during the Farewell Pilgrimage, then he said: “Do not return as infidels after me.” “You strike each other’s necks.”

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ الْحَنَفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو قَزَعَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ مُهَاجِرًا يَقُولُ : سُئِلَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ رَفْعِ الْأَيْدِي عِنْدَ الْبَيْتِ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ الْيَهُودُ،حَجَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفَصَنَعْنَا ذَلِكَ؟ "

Ubayd Allah ibn Abdul Majeed al-Hanafi told us, Shu`bah told us, Abu Qaza’ah told me, he said: I heard a muhajir say: Jabir ibn Abdullah stopped raising hands at the House, and said: “The Jews used to do that. We performed Hajj with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Did we do that?

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْبَزَّازُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ يُثَيْعٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْنَا عَلِيًّا : بِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ بُعِثْتَ؟.
قَالَ : " بُعِثْتُ بِأَرْبَعٍ :لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلَّا نَفْسٌ مُؤْمِنَةٌ، وَلَا يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ، وَلَا يَجْتَمِعُ مُسْلِمٌ وَكَافِرٌ فِي الْحَجِّ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَذَا، وَمَنْ كَانَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَهْدٌ، فَعَهْدُهُ إِلَى مُدَّتِهِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ عَهْدٌ، فَهِيَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ.
يَقُولُ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ أَجَلُهُمْ عِشْرِينَ مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ، فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ بَعْدَ الْأَرْبَعَةِ "

Muhammad bin Yazid Al-Bazzaz told us, Sufyan bin Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Zayd bin Yatha’, he said: We asked Ali: With what were you sent?
He said: “I was sent with four things: No one will enter Paradise except a believing soul, no naked person will circumambulate the Kaaba, and no Muslim and an unbeliever will meet in Hajj after the Hajj.” This is their year, and whoever has a covenant with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, then his covenant lasts for its duration, and whoever does not have a covenant, then it is Four months.
He says, “After the Day of Sacrifice, their deadline is twenty days of Dhul-Hijjah, so kill them after the four.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : حَاضَتْ صَفِيَّةُ ، فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةُ النَّفْرِ، قَالَتْ : أَيْ حَلْقَى، أَيْ عَقْرَى ! بِلُغَةٍ لَهُنَّ.
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" أَلَسْتِ قَدْ طُفْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ؟ " قَالَتْ : بَلَى.
قَالَ : " فَارْكَبِي ".
حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، بِنَحْوِهِ

Sahl bin Hammad told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Al-Aswad, on the authority of Aisha, something similar.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ أَشْهَلُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا كَانَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمُ، قَعَدَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ لَا أَدْرِي جَمَلٌ أَوْ نَاقَةٌ، وَأَخَذَ إِنْسَانٌ بِخِطَامِهِ أَوْ قَالَ : بِزِمَامِهِ ، فَقَالَ : " أَيُّ يَوْمٍ هَذَا؟ " قَالَ : فَسَكَتْنَا حَتَّى ظَنَنَّا أَنَّهُ سَيُسَمِّيهِ سِوَى اسْمِهِ، فَقَالَ : " أَلَيْسَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ؟ " قُلْنَا : بَلَى.
قَالَ : " فَأَيُّ شَهْرٍ هَذَا؟ " قَالَ : فَسَكَتْنَا حَتَّى ظَنَنَّا أَنَّهُ سَيُسَمِّيهِ سِوَى اسْمِهِ، فَقَالَ : " أَلَيْسَ ذُو الْحِجَّةِ؟ ".
قُلْنَا : بَلَى.
قَالَ : " فَأَيُّ بَلَدٍ هَذَا؟ ".
قَالَ : فَسَكَتْنَا حَتَّى ظَنَنَّا أَنَّهُ سَيُسَمِّيهِ سِوَى اسْمِهِ، فَقَالَ : " أَلَيْسَ الْبَلْدَةَ؟ ".
قُلْنَا : بَلَى.
قَالَ : " فَإِنَّدِمَاءَكُمْ وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ حَرَامٌ كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، أَلَا لِيُبَلِّغْ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ، فَإِنَّ الشَّاهِدَ عَسَى أَنْ يُبَلِّغَ مَنْ هُوَ أَوْعَى مِنْهُ "

Abu Hatim Ashhal bin Hatim told us, Ibn Aoun told us, on the authority of Muhammad, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakra, on the authority of his father, He said: On that day, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, sat on a camel, I don’t know, a camel or a camel, and a man took hold of its muzzle or said: With his reins, he said: “What day is this?” He said: We remained silent until we thought he would give it something other than its name, so he said: “Isn’t it the Day of Sacrifice?” We said: indeed.
He said: “What month is this?” He said: We remained silent until we thought that he would give it another name, so he said: “Isn’t it Dhu al-Hijjah?”
We said: Yes.
He said: “What kind of country is this?”
He said: We remained silent until we thought that he would give it something other than its name, so he said: “Isn’t it the town?”
We said: Yes.
He said: “So your ties, your property, and your honor among you are as sacred as this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this country of yours. To inform the absent witness, for the witness may inform the one who is more knowledgeable than him.”

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي قُرَّةَ : هُوَ مُوسَى بْنُ طَارِقٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ رَجَعَ مِنْ عُمْرَةِ الْجِعْرَانَةِ ، بَعَثَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ عَلَى الْحَجِّ، فَأَقْبَلْنَا مَعَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِالْعَرْجِ ثُوِّبَ بِالصُّبْحِ، فَلَمَّا اسْتَوَى لِيُكَبِّرَ، سَمِعَ الرَّغْوَةَ خَلْفَ ظَهْرِهِ، فَوَقَفَ عَنْ التَّكْبِيرِ، فَقَالَ : هَذِهِ رَغْوَةُ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْجَدْعَاءِ، لَقَدْ بَدَا لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْحَجِّ، فَلَعَلَّهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَنُصَلِّيَ مَعَهُ، فَإِذَا عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : أَمِيرٌ أَمْ رَسُولٌ؟ قَالَ : لَا، بَلْ رَسُولٌ،" أَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِبَرَاءَةٌ أَقْرَؤُهَا عَلَى النَّاسِ فِي مَوَاقِفِ الْحَجِّ ".
فَقَدِمْنَا مَكَّةَ ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ قَبْلَ التَّرْوِيَةِ بِيَوْمٍ، قَامَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ، فَحَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ مَنَاسِكِهِمْ حَتَّى إِذَا فَرَغَ، قَامَ عَلِيٌّ فَقَرَأَ عَلَى النَّاسِ بَرَاءَةٌ حَتَّى خَتَمَهَا.
ثُمَّ خَرَجْنَا مَعَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ ، قَامَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ، فَحَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ مَنَاسِكِهِمْ، حَتَّى إِذَا فَرَغَ، قَامَ عَلِيٌّ فَقَرَأَ عَلَى النَّاسِ بَرَاءَةٌ حَتَّى خَتَمَهَا.
ثُمَّ كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ فَأَفَضْنَا، فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ، فَحَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ إِفَاضَتِهِمْ، وَعَنْ نَحْرِهِمْ، وَعَنْ مَنَاسِكِهِمْ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ، قَامَ عَلِيٌّ فَقَرَأَ عَلَى النَّاسِ بَرَاءَةٌ حَتَّى خَتَمَهَا، فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّفْرِ الْأَوَّلُ، قَامَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَخَطَبَ النَّاسَ، فَحَدَّثَهُمْ كَيْفَ يَنْفِرُونَ، وَكَيْفَ يَرْمُونَ، فَعَلَّمَهُمْ مَنَاسِكَهُمْ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ، قَامَ عَلِيٌّ فَقَرَأَ بَرَاءَةٌ عَلَى النَّاسِ حَتَّى خَتَمَهَا

Ishaq bin Ibrahim told us, he said: I read about Abu Qurra: He is Musa bin Tariq, on the authority of Ibn Juraij, he said: Abdullah bin told me Othman bin Khuthaym, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he returned from the Umrah al-Jiranah, He sent Abu Bakr to perform Hajj, so we went with him until we were limping. He dressed in the morning. When he sat up to say “Allahu Akbar,” he heard foaming behind us. His back, and he stopped saying the takbīr, and said: This is the foam of the camel of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, the lean camel. It seemed to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, May God bless him and grant him peace during Hajj. Perhaps he will be the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and we will pray with him, and then Ali will perform it. Abu Bakr said: Prince or messenger? He said: No, but a messenger. “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent me with a declaration that I should read to the people at the Hajj sites.”
So we came to Mecca, and one day before the tarwiyah, Abu Bakr got up and addressed the people, telling them about their rituals until he finished. Ali stood up and read the people’s innocence until he sealed it.
Then we went out with him until the day of Arafah came, and Abu Bakr got up and addressed the people, telling them about their rituals, until when he had finished, he got up. Ali read to the people a blessing until he sealed it.
Then it was the Day of Sacrifice, and we made our sacrifice. When Abu Bakr returned, he addressed the people and told them about their sacrifice, their sacrifice, and their rituals. When he finished, Ali got up and read a letter to the people until he sealed it. When it was the first day of the group, Abu Bakr got up and addressed the people and spoke to them. How should they march out, and how should they throw? So he taught them their rituals. When he finished, Ali got up and read the Bara’ah to the people until he sealed it.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَجُلًا قَدْ أَنَاخَ بَدَنَةً، فَقَالَ :" ابْعَثْهَا قِيَامًا مُقَيَّدَةً، سُنَّةَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "

Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Yunus bin Ubaid, on the authority of Ziyad bin Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Umar, that he saw a man who He gave a camel and said: “Send her standing, tied, according to the Sunnah of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : قَتَادَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ انْتَهَى إِلَى رَجُلٍ يَسُوقُ بَدَنَتَهُ، قَالَ :" ارْكَبْهَا ".
قَالَ : إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ.
قَالَ : " ارْكَبْهَا ".
قَالَ : إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ، قَالَ : " ارْكَبْهَا وَيْحَكَ ! "

Abu Al-Nadr Hashim bin Al-Qasim told us, Shu’bah told us, he said: Qatada told me, he said: I heard Anas speaking, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless him and grant him peace. He came to a man driving his camel and said: “Ride it.”
He said: It is a camel.
He said: “Ride it.”
