  • Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1209

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَسَّانَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِبَدَنَةٍ فَأَشْعَرَهَا مِنْ صَفْحَةِ سَنَامِهَا الْأَيْمَنِ، ثُمَّ سَلَتَ الدَّمَ عَنْهَا وَقَلَّدَهَا نَعْلَيْنِ، ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِرَاحِلَتِهِ، فَلَمَّا قَعَدَ عَلَيْهَا وَاسْتَوَتْ عَلَى الْبَيْدَاءِ، أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ "
    Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Qatada, he said: I heard Abu Hassan speaking, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, prayed the noon prayer in Dhu al-Hulayfah, then he called for a camel and felt it from the side of its right hump, and then blood flowed. He put two sandals on it, then his camel was brought, and when he sat on it and it came to rest in al-Bayda, he performed the Hajj.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ :" أَهْدَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّةً غَنَمًا "
    Ya'la bin Ubaid and Abu Nu'aym told us, saying: Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Al-Aswad, on the authority of Aisha, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, once gave a gift of sheep.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ نَاجِيَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ صَاحِبِ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ بِمَا عَطِبَ مِنْ الْهَدْيِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" كُلُّ بَدَنَةٍ عَطِبَتْ فَانْحَرْهَا، ثُمَّ أَلْقِ نَعْلَهَا فِي دَمِهَا، ثُمَّ خَلِّ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَلْيَأْكُلُوهَا ".
    أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ نَاجِيَةَ ، نَحْوَهُ
    Abdul Wahhab bin Saeed told us, Shuaib bin Ishaq told us, on the authority of Hisham bin Urwa, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Najiya Al-Aslami The companion of the sacrifice of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: I asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: What should I do with the sacrifice that was damaged, and he said The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Any camel that is spoiled, slaughter it, then dip its sandal in its blood, then leave it between it and the people so that they may eat it.” ".

  • Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #1206

    قَالَ : لَمْ أَشْعُرْ،ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ؟ قَالَ : " لَا حَرَجَ ".
    فَلَمْ يُسْأَلْ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ شَيْءٍ قُدِّمَ أَوْ أُخِّرَ إِلَّا قَالَ : " لَا حَرَجَ ".
    قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : أَنَا أَقُولُ بِهَذَا، وَأَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ يُشَدِّدُونَ
    He said: I did not realize it. Did I slaughter before stoning the stone? He said: “There is no harm.”
    At that time, he was not asked about anything, whether it was brought forward or delayed, except that he said: “There is no problem.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَفَ لِلنَّاسِ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ،حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ؟ قَالَ : " لَا حَرَجَ "
    Musaddad told us, Yahya told us, Malik bin Anas told us, Al-Zuhri told us, on the authority of Issa bin Talha, on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, stood for the people during the Farewell Pilgrimage, and a man said to him: O Messenger of God, did I shave before I slaughtered? He said: “There is no harm.”

    قَالَ آخَرُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ؟ قَالَ :" انْحَرْ وَلَا حَرَجَ ".
    قَالَ : فَمَا سُئِلَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ قُدِّمَ وَلَا أُخِّرَ إِلَّا قَالَ : " افْعَلْ وَلَا حَرَجَ "
    Another said: O Messenger of God, did I shave before I slaughtered? He said: “Sacrifice and do not be embarrassed.”
    He said: He was never asked about anything that was brought forward or delayed except that he said: “Do it and there is no problem.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْمَاجِشُونُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ وَهُوَ يُسْأَلُ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، نَحَرْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ؟ قَالَ :" ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ "
    Abu Nu`aym told us, Abdul Aziz told us, he is the son of Abu Salama al-Majishun, on the authority of al-Zuhri, on the authority of Issa bin Talha, on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Amr, he said: I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, at the Jamarat and he was being asked, and a man said: O Messenger of God, I slaughtered myself before I Throw? He said: “Arm and do not hesitate.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَنَّهُ قَالَ :" رَحِمَ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ ".
    قِيلَ : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ؟ قَالَ : " رَحِمَ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ ".
    قَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ : " وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ "
    Muhammad bin Yusuf told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: He said: “May God have mercy on those who shave.”
    It was said: And those who are negligent? He said: “May God have mercy on those who shave.”
    He said in the fourth: “And those who fall short.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَدِينِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ ، قَالَتْ : أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُمُّ عُثْمَانَ بِنْتُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَيْسَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ حَلْقٌ، إِنَّمَا عَلَى النِّسَاءِ التَّقْصِيرُ "
    Ali bin Abdullah Al-Madani told us, Hisham bin Yusuf told us, Ibn Jurayj told us, Abdul Hamid bin Jubayr told me, about Safiya bint Shaybah said: Umm Uthman bint Abi Sufyan told me that Ibn Abbas said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Women are not obligated to shave, but women are obligated to cut their hair.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ هُوَ الْمَاجِشُونُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا نَذْكُرُ إِلَّا الْحَجَّ، فَلَمَّا جِئْنَا سَرِفَ ، طَمِثْتُ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ، طَهُرْتُ، فَأَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَفَضْتُ، فَأُتِيَ بِلَحْمِ بَقَرٍ، فَقُلْتُ : مَا هَذَا؟ قَالُوا :" أَهْدَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نِسَائِهِ الْبَقَرَةَ "
    Abu Nu`aym told us, Abd al-Aziz, he is al-Majishun, told us, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman, he is Ibn al-Qasim, on the authority of al-Qasim, on the authority of Aisha, She said: We went out with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, not mentioning anything except Hajj. When we came, he was extravagant, and I menstruated. When the Day of Sacrifice came, I became pure. Then the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, sent me to go, and some beef was brought to me. I said: What is this? They said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave the cow as a gift on behalf of his wives.”
