حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ : سَعِيدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ، وَعَنْ لَبَنِ الْجَلَّالَةِ، وَأَنْ يُشْرَبَ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ "

Abu Zaid narrated to us: Saeed bin Al-Rabi’, Hisham Al-Dastawai narrated to us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “He forbade the mujathama, and the milk of jalala, and drinking from the waterskin.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أُمِّ شَرِيكٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِ الْأَوْزَاغِ "

Abu Asim informed us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abd al-Hamid ibn Jubayr ibn Shaybah, on the authority of Sa`id ibn al-Musayyab, on the authority of Umm Sharik, that The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “ordered the killing of lizards.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْقَتْلِ أَرْبَعَةٍ مِنْ الدَّوَابِّ : النَّمْلَةِ، وَالنَّحْلَةِ، وَالْهُدْهُدِ، وَالصُّرَدِ "

أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْقَارِظِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ الضِّفْدَعِ "

Ubayd Allah bin Abdul Majeed told us, Ibn Abi Dhib told us, on the authority of Sa`id bin Khalid al-Qarizi, on the authority of Sa`id bin al-Musayyab, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Uthman, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, “forbade killing a frog.”

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ بَحِيرٍ ، عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ ، قَالَ : أَهْدَيْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِقْحَةً، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَحْلُبَهَا، فَحَلَبْتُهَا، فَجَهَدْتُ فِي حَلْبِهَا، فَقَالَ" دَعْ دَاعِيَ اللَّبَنِ "

Ya'la told us, Al-A'mash told us, on the authority of Ya'qub bin Buhair, on the authority of Dirar bin Al-Azwar, he said: I gave a gift to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. He handed over a lamb and ordered me to milk it. I milked it, and I worked hard to milk it. He said, “Leave the need for milk.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ ، قَالَ : قُلْنَا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّا بِأَرْضٍ تَكُونُ بِهَا الْمَخْمَصَةُ، فَمَا يَحِلُّ لَنَا مِنْ الْمَيْتَةِ؟ قَالَ :" إِذَا لَمْ تَصْطَبِحُوا، وَلَمْ تَغْتَبِقُوا، وَلَمْ تَخْتَفِئُوا بَقْلًا فَشَأْنُكُمْ بِهَا ".
قَالَ : النَّاسُ يَقُولُونَ بِالْحَاءِ، وَهَذَا قَالَ بِالْخَاءِ

Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, on the authority of Hassan bin Atiya, on the authority of Abu Waqid, he said: We said: O Messenger of God, we are in a land where It contains the roasted meat, so what is permissible for us from dead meat? He said: “If you do not wake up in the morning, and you do not go blind, and you do not hide a few things, then it is up to you to do so.”
He said: People say with the letter “ha,” and this one said with the letter “kha.”

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ حَكِيمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : "نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ النُّهْبَةِ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : هَذَا فِي الْغَزْوِ إِذَا غَنِمُوا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ

Ishaq bin Ibrahim narrated to us, Wahb bin Jarir bin Hazim narrated to us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ya’la bin Hakim, on the authority of Abu Labid, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Samurah said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade looting.”
Abu Muhammad said: This is in the battle, if they take the spoils before it is divided.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" لَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ فِيهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا مُؤْمِنٌ "

Abu Al-Mughirah told us, Al-Awza’i told us, Al-Zuhri told me, on the authority of Sa’id bin Al-Musayyab, and Abu Salamah bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “He does not plunder anything of honor at which the believers raise their eyes, while he is When a believer seizes it.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْلُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ، وَأَذِنَ فِي لُحُومِ الْخَيْلِ "

Abu Al-Numan told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Amr bin Dinar, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ali, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, he said: “ On the Day of Khaybar, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade the meat of domestic donkeys, and gave permission for the meat of horses.

حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ الْمُنْذِرِ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، قَالَتْ :" أَكَلْنَا لَحْمَ فَرَسٍ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ "

Ja`far bin Aoun told us, on the authority of Hisham bin Urwa, on the authority of Fatima bint al-Mundhir, on the authority of Asma’ bint Abu Bakr, she said: “We ate The meat of a horse during the reign of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Medina.”
