حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" سَاقِي الْقَوْمِ آخِرُهُمْ شُرْبًا "

Affan bin Muslim narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah, and Sulaiman bin Al-Mughirah narrated to us, on the authority of Thabit, on the authority of Abdullah bin Rabah, on the authority of Abi Qatada said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who gives a drink to a people will be the last of them to drink.”

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ النَّفْخِ فِي الشَّرَابِ "

Amr ibn Aoun informed us, on the authority of Ibn Uyaynah, on the authority of Abd al-Karim al-Jazari, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace “He forbade blowing on a drink,” he said.

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُثَنَّى الْجُهَنِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ مَرْوَانُ لِأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيّ : هَلْ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَيَنْهَى عَنْ النَّفْخِ فِي الشَّرَابِ؟ قَالَ : " نَعَمْ "

Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Ayyub bin Habib, on the authority of Abu Al-Muthanna Al-Juhani, he said: Marwan said to Abu Saeed Al-Khudri: Did you hear the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbidding blowing on a drink? He said: “Yes.”

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَبِتَغْطِيَةِ الْوَضُوءِ، وَإِيكَاءِ السِّقَاءِ، وَإِكْفَاءِ الْإِنَاءِ "

Amr ibn Aoun told us, on the authority of Khalid, on the authority of Suhail, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded us “And peace be upon him for covering the ablution, providing waterskin, and filling the vessel.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَبَنٍ، فَقَالَ :" أَلَا خَمَّرْتَهُ وَلَوْ تَعْرِضُ عَلَيْهِ عُودًا؟ "

Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, Jabir told me, he said: Abu Humayd al-Sa’idi told me, he said: I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, with milk, and he said: “Didn’t you leaven it even if you offered it a stick?”

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، قَالَ : خَرَجْنَا مَعَ حُذَيْفَةَ إِلَى الْمَدَائِنِ فَاسْتَسْقَى، فَأَتَاهُ دِهْقَانٌ بِإِنَاءٍ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، فَرَمَى بِهِ وَجْهَهُ، فَقُلْنَا : اسْكُتُوا، فَإِنَّا إِنْ سَأَلْنَاهُ لَمْ يُحَدِّثْنَا، فَلَمَّا كَانَ بَعْدُ، قَالَ : أَتَدْرُونَ لِمَ رَمَيْتُهُ؟ قُلْنَا : لَا، قَالَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُهُ، وَذَكَرَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُنَهَى عَنْ الشُّرْبِ فِي آنِيَةِ الذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ، وَعَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ وَالدِّيبَاجِ، وَقَالَ : " هُمَا لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا، وَلَكُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ "

Othman bin Omar told us, Ibn Aoun told us, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, he said: We went out with Hudhayfah to Al-Mada'in asked for water, and Dihqan brought him a silver vessel, and he threw it on his face. We said: Be quiet, for if we asked him, he would not speak to us. After that, he said: Do you know why I threw it? We said: No. He said that I had forbidden it, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, mentioned that he had forbidden drinking from vessels of gold and silver, and wearing Silk and brocade, and he said: “They are for them in this world, and for you in the Hereafter.”

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الَّذِي يَشْرَبُ فِي آنِيَةٍ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، فَإِنَّمَا يُجَرْجِرُ فِي بَطْنِهِ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ "

Ahmad bin Yunus told us, Laith bin Saad told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Zayd bin Abdullah bin Omar, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abdul Al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr, on the authority of Umm Salamah, that she told him that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who drinks from a vessel of Silver, for it only causes the fire of Hell to rage in his belly.”

أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي زِيَادٍ الطَّحَّانِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ رَآهُ يَشْرَبُ قَائِمًا : " قِئْ ".
قَالَ : لِمَ؟ قَالَ : " أَتُحِبُّ أَنْ تَشْرَبَ مَعَ الْهِرِّ؟ " قَالَ : لَا، قَالَ : " فَقَدْشَرِبَ مَعَكَ شَرٌّ مِنْهُ، الشَّيْطَانُ "

Sa'id bin Al-Rabi' told us, Shu'bah told us, on the authority of Abu Ziyad Al-Tahan, he said: I heard Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, He said to a man he saw standing while drinking: “Vomit.”
He said: Why? He said: “Do you like to drink with a cat?” He said: No. He said: “So someone worse than him, the devil, drank with you.”

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" نَهَى عَنْ الشُّرْبِ قَائِمًا ".
قَالَ : وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ الْأَكْلِ، فَقَالَ : " ذَاكَ أَخْبَثُ "

Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Hammam told us, Qatada told us, on the authority of Anas, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade drinking “Standing.”
He said: I asked him about food, and he said: “That is more vile.”

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُدَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَزَرِيِّ : يَزِيدَ بْنِ عُطَارِدَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّانَشْرَبُ وَنَحْنُ قِيَامٌ، وَنَأْكُلُ وَنَحْنُ نَسْعَى عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ".
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، نَحْوَهُ

Othman bin Omar told us, Imran bin Hudayr told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Bizri: Yazid bin Atarid, on the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: “We used to drink “And we are standing, eating and striving in accordance with the covenant of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.”
Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah told us, Hafs bin Ghayath told us, on the authority of Ubayd Allah, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, and the like.
