  • Sunan al-Darimi – سنن الدارمي – Hadith #26

    أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ" إِذَا ذَهَبَ لِحَاجَتِهِ، أَتَيْتُهُ أَنَا وَغُلَامٌ بِعَنَزَةٍ، وَإِدَاوَةٍ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ "
    Yazid bin Harun told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Ata’ bin Abi Maimunah, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him: That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, used to say, “When he went to fulfill his need, a boy and I would come to him with a goat and a utensil, and he would perform ablution.”

    حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ ، عَنْ الْقَعْقَاعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِنَّمَا أَنَا لَكُمْ مِثْلُ الْوَالِدِ لِلْوَلَدِ أُعَلِّمُكُمْ، فَلَا تَسْتَقْبِلُوا الْقِبْلَةَ، وَلَا تَسْتَدْبِرُوهَا، وَإِذَا اسْتَطَبْتَ، فَلَا تَسْتَطِبْ بِيَمِينِكَ "، وَكَانَ " يَأْمُرُنَا بِثَلَاثَةِ أَحْجَارٍ، وَيَنْهَى عَنْ الرَّوْثِ وَالرِّمَّةِ "، قَالَ زَكَرِيَّا : يَعْنِي : الْعِظَامَ الْبَالِيَةَ
    Zakaria bin Adi narrated to us, Ibn Al-Mubarak narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Ajlan, on the authority of Al-Qaqa’, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God have mercy on him. On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “I am to you like a father to a child, teaching you, so do not face the Qiblah. And do not turn it back towards it, and if it is straight, do not turn it straight with your right hand.” He used to “command us to eat three stones, and forbid dung and ashes.” Zechariah said: This means: worn-out bones.

    أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ :" لَا يَمَسَّ أَحَدُكُمْ ذَكَرَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ، وَلَا يَتَمَسَّحْ بِيَمِينِهِ "
    Wahb bin Jarir, Yazid bin Harun, and Abu Nu’aym told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of Yahya, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Qatada, On the authority of his father, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “None of you should touch his penis with his right hand, nor wipe him with his right hand.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ مِنْ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ :" أَنْتَ رَسُولِي إِلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ ، فَقُلْ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكُمْ السَّلَامَ، وَيَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَسْتَنْجُوا بِعَظْمٍ، وَلَا بِبَعْرَةٍ "، قَالَ أَبُو عَاصِمٍ مَرَّةً : وَيَنْهَاكُمْ أَو يَأْمُرُكُمْ
    Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Abd al-Karim, who is the son of Abi al-Mukhariq, on the authority of al-Walid ibn Malik, from Abd al-Qays, On the authority of Muhammad bin Qais, the client of Sahl bin Hunaif, on the authority of Sahl bin Hunaif, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: “You My Messenger to the people of Mecca, so say: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, is reciting his greetings to you, and commands you not to clean your mouth with any bone. Not even a heifer.” Abu Asim once said: “And he forbids you or commands you.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيٌّ هُوَ ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" ثَلَاثَةُ أَحْجَارٍ لَيْسَ مِنْهُنَّ رَجِيعٌ "، يَعْنِي : الِاسْتِطَابَةَ

    حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ قُرْطٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِذَا ذَهَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الْغَائِطِ، فَلْيَذْهَبْ مَعَهُ بِثَلَاثَةِ أَحْجَارٍ يَسْتَطِيبُ، بِهِنَّ فَإِنَّهَا تُجْزِئُ عَنْهُ "
    Saeed bin Mansour told us, Yaqoub bin Abdul Rahman told us, on the authority of Abu Hazim, on the authority of Muslim bin Qart, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If one of you goes to the toilet, let him go with him.” “With three stones he is satisfied, with them they will suffice for him.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْخَلَاءَ، قَالَ :" اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ "
    Abu Al-Numan told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Abdul Aziz bin Suhaib, on the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said: It was When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, entered the toilet, he said: “O God, I seek refuge in You from evil and evil things.”

    أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ :" جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى سُبَاطَةِ قَوْمٍ فَبَالَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ "، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : لَا أَعْلَمُ فِيهِ كَرَاهِيَةً

    أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ عَمَّهُ وَاسِعَ بْنَ حَبَّانَ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" عَلَى ظَهْرِ بَيْتِنَا "، فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " جَالِسًا عَلَى لَبِنَتَيْنِ، مُسْتَقْبِلَ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ "

    حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ :" لَا يَرْفَعُ ثَوْبَهُ حَتَّى يَدْنُوَ مِنْ الْأَرْضِ "، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : هُوَ أَدَبٌ، وَهُوَ أَشْبَهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْمُغِيرَةِ
    Amr ibn Aoun told us, on the authority of Abd al-Salam ibn Harb, on the authority of al-Amash, on the authority of Anas, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was “He does not lift his garment until he is close to the ground.” Abu Muhammad said: This is politeness, and it is similar to the hadith of Al-Mughirah.
