أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ : قَامَتْ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاغْتَسَلَتْ فِي جَفْنَةٍ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ، فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى فَضْلِهَا يَسْتَحِمُّ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنِّي قَدْ اغْتَسَلْتُ فِيهِ قَبْلَكَ؟، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمَاءِ جَنَابَةٌ "، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْيدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَن ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ

Yahya bin Hassan told us, Yazid bin Ata told us, on the authority of Simak, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, he said: A woman from the wives of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, got up and took a bath in a basin due to ritual impurity. Then the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, rose to seek her virtue. He takes a bath, and she said: I have bathed in it before you? Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no ritual impurity with water,” Ubaid told us. By God, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Simak bin Harb, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and something similar.
