حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ نُصَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّةُ ، عَنْ الضَّحَّاكِ : أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْهُ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ أُسْتَحَاضُ، فَقَالَ :" إِذَا رَأَيْتِ دَمًا عَبِيطًا، فَأَمْسِكِي أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِكِ "

Hajjaj bin Nusayr told us, Qurra told us, on the authority of Al-Dahhak: That a woman asked him and said: I am a woman who undergoes menstruation, and he said: “If you see of foul blood, so hold back the days of your bloodshed.”
